This paper mainly studies the classic polyphonic textbook First Lessons in Bach and its teaching application. The thesis is divided into four chapters. Firstly, it introduces the creation background and content outline of the textbook; secondly, it analyzes the music ontology of the typical works in this textbook, and summarizes the musical characteristics of these works; The teaching application of First Lessons in Bach, including the preparation before teaching, teaching methods and means, and the teaching points ; finally, the teaching value of First Lessons in Bach is summarized. This paper provides a certain foundation for the research of teaching materials through the overview of the development of keyboard music art in the late Baroque period and the content of teaching materials. In the research on the music ontology of First Lessons in Bach, this paper selects three typical works as the analysis objects, and thus summarizes the overall musical characteristics of this textbook. In terms of teaching application, this paper provides practical teaching suggestions such as version selection, difficult parts, teaching plan etc., and introduces several teaching methods and means such as decomposition exercises, playing and singing exercises, memorizing scores, the use of multimedia resources, as well as teaching essentials in playing, such as beat and rhythm, articulation, ornamentation, fingering and pedal. Finally, this article summarizes the teaching significance of First Lessons in Bach, including the discussion of the teaching significance of polyphonic works, and the teaching value of this textbook in three aspects: music knowledge, performance skills and aesthetic appreciation. In summary, First Lessons in Bach is a piano textbook with both artistic value and educational significance, and has an irreplaceable position in basic piano education. This article aims to provide a comprehensive and useful teaching reference for the majority of piano teachers, to help them understand better the application of this textbook in basic piano teaching, and to contribute to Chinese piano education. |
