党的二十大报告指出，“全面建设社会主义现代化国家，最艰巨最繁重的任务仍然在农村”，必须“全面推进乡村振兴”。实施乡村振兴战略，是以习近平同志为核心的党中央对新时代“三农”工作作出的重大决策部署，为解决我国“三农”问题提出了新思路、新要求、新举措，为农民思想政治教育工作提供了新的发展契机。新时代我国农民思想政治教育工作要继续坚持以新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，围绕全面推进乡村振兴的战略要求，落实好向农民宣传教育国情农策，培育新时代“四有”农民的目标任务；落实好培育践行主流价值，巩固农村思想文化阵地的目标任务；落实好持续深入移风易俗，以时代新风涵育乡风文明的目标任务。

在乡村振兴战略全面推进过程中，党和国家不断完善思想政治教育政策机制，保障农民优先发展；着力打造农民发展的“领头雁”队伍，强化党建引领乡村治理；建设新时代文明实践中心，造就先进模范农民；盘活资源开展乡风民俗活动，提振农民精气神。在中国共产党的坚强领导下，农民思想政治教育工作在全国广大农民群体中发挥了培根铸魂、启智润心的作用，农民自我发展的活力和内生动力不断被激发。农民思想政治教育在生动实践中取得了明显成效，思想引领搭建新平台，乡村治理实现新突破，乡风文明有了新发展，农民素养得到了新提升。

从当前来看，农民思想政治教育仍然是一项繁重而艰巨的任务，还存在农民发展多元多样化、教育机制不完善、教育内容和方式一定程度上的脱离、农民自我教育意识不强等问题，影响着农民思想政治教育开展的针对性和实效性。因此，在提升路径上，应构建符合新时代农民的思想政治教育理论和政策体系，进一步加强农民思想政治教育组织和队伍有效性建设，深入和创新农民思想政治教育实践，完善农民思想政治教育激励、管理、评价机制，不断推动乡村振兴战略下农民思想政治教育工作提质增效。
