从早期的词典匹配翻译，到基于人工智能（Artificial Intelligence，以下简称AI）的神经网络翻译，再到如今最新的机器翻译成果——Levenshtein Transformer(LevT)，科学技术的发展不断推动着翻译领域的变革。AI+翻译这一新模式对翻译人员能力结构和翻译硕士（MTI）教育产生了广泛的影响，同时，引起了人们对翻译人员该如何更好应对人工智能带来的冲击的关注以及MTI教育该如何进一步发展来培养更具竞争力人才的思考。机器翻译是否会取代人工翻译？人工翻译该如何发展自我才能在人机大战的时代保持自身优势？机器翻译的发展是否会对MTI教育带来冲击？设有MTI专业的高校需要采取何种措施来培养时代需要的人才？针对上述亟需解决的问题，本文采用了调查法和文献研究法，归纳、分析人工智能和翻译领域结合之后具有代表性的相关行业案例和调查报告，总结人工智能技术和翻译领域的结合为翻译行业和MTI教育带来的影响，最终得出如下结论，AI+翻译这一新模式会促进翻译人员能力结构的改善和语言服务行业的变革，对翻译行业从业者来说，仅仅掌握双语能力已经无法满足目前的市场需求，需要将技术能力和管理能力纳入核心竞争力之中，对语言服务行业而言，技术引入促进了盈利模式、服务模式和服务平台的转换，语言服务行业的发展进入快车道。对设立MTI专业的高校来说，要及时变革培养方向，改善课程设置，强化实习实践，积极拥抱技术，注重培养时代需要的“语言工程师”和复合型翻译人才，在为社会输送有用的人才的同时，促进翻译行业的深入发展。技术飞速发展的时代，需要身处其中的人都能冷静思考，利用人工智能技术在人机大战的时代保持自身优势。

From the dictionary matching translation in earlier times, the neural network translation based on artificial intelligence to the latest fruit of machine translation- Levenshtein Transformer, the development of science and technology has continuously promoted the transformation of this field. AI+ translation, a new model, has exerted a profound influence on the competency structure of translators and the development of MTI education. This new model has continuously enhanced the development and upgrading of language service industry. At the same time, it draws people’s attention on how should translators do to deal with the impacts of AI technology and what measures should universities take to cultivate more competitive talents. Whether machine translation will take place of translators? How to develop one’s skills to keep his or her own advantages? Whether the growth of machine translation will bring about negative impacts to MTI education? What measures should universities adopt to cultivate talents the time needs? In view of the above problems that eagerly need to be solved, this paper uses investigation and literature research methods to summarize and analyze representative cases and authentic surveys of this field, and finally draws the following conclusions that the combination of artificial intelligence and translation field will promote the improvement of translators' competency structure and the optimization of language service industry, and translators need to pay attention to the demand of market; meanwhile, translators should take technological and managing capability as one of their core competitiveness. For language service industry, the adoption of new technology promotes the upgrading of the business model and the type and platform of service. For colleges and universities that set up MTI specialty, more attention should be paid to cultivate "Language Engineers" and talents with various skills. Moreover, these universities should change their direction for cultivating talents, improve the curriculum, strengthen students’ practice and embrace technology actively, thus promoting further development of this field while meeting the demand of the market. Amid an era with rapid developing technology, all of us need to be clam enough to keep our own advantages.
