结合课程与教学改革面临的新挑战,以及自己作为一名有着17年教龄的一线教师的成 长历程,本研究聚焦于课堂教学情境中的师生互动,从社会学的学科视野研究课堂教学, 将关注点放在教师和学生两大主体上,旨在探究“课堂教学情境下有什么样的师生互动模 式?这样的师生互动模式又会产生什么影响?”这两个研究问题。本研究采用质性研究的 个案研究方式,选择了笔者所在学校的一个班级,对其课堂教学中的师生互动进行田野式 观察,同时使用了访谈法对相关的教师和学生进行了访谈。在对观察法和访谈法收集到的 资料进行了类属分析和情境分析,进而提炼出所个案研究班级在课堂师生互动层面呈现出 的相对成型的“格局”及其所产生的影响。

通过资料的分析,本研究发现个案研究班级课堂师生互动有四种模式,即:以师问生 答为主的“我抛你传”的师个群互动模式、以独立思考为主的“自说自话”的自我互动模 式、以教师点拨同伴讲解为主的“我摆你渡”的师群互动模式与以小组讨论为主的“互启 互发”的个个师互动模式。多样态的师生互动模式对所个案研究班级的学生产生了“你行 你上”的影响,形成独有的“YSY行为”和“五朵金花现象”,师生接受了“五朵金花” 对课堂资源的垄断,也接受了某些同学“观望者”的身份,对于课堂上陨落的“太空碎片” 也听之任之。

最后,笔者提出几条建议,增加静悄悄的自我互动、“我抛你传”“我摆你渡”的互 动中不断地让学生解释他为什么这样想、利用“互启互发”的小组讨论裹挟更多的同学, 以实现课堂教学情境中的良性师生互动。

Combined with the new challenges of curriculum and teaching reform and my growth as a front-line teacher with 17 years of teaching experience, this paper intends to study classroom teaching from the perspective of sociology, focusing on teachers and students. This research focuses on the teacher-student interaction in classroom teaching and raises two research questions: What are the teacher-student interaction modes in classroom teaching? What will be the impact of these teacher-student interaction modes? In this study, a class of junior high school was selected to conduct field observation on the teacher-student interaction in classroom teaching. It is aimed to summarize and present a relatively formed “pattern” or relatively stable “routine”. 

As a qualitative research, this study mainly collects data by observation and interview. Based on the analysis of audio and video materials and interview data, four interactive modes are extracted to respond to the first research question in this paper. The classes studied present a variety of interactive modes between teachers and students, including "I throw you biography" interactive mode based on Teachers' questions and students' answers, and "mutual enlightenment and mutual development" interactive mode based on group discussion, The interactive mode of "talking to yourself" is mainly based on independent thinking, and the interactive mode of "I put you to ferry" is mainly based on Teachers' instructions from peers. Behind the various modes of teacher-student interaction, the data collected by the author through observation and interview reveals its advantages and disadvantages on students.
