专注度即注意力集中程度,学习中的专注度与学习效果、学习成就息息相关,因此实时监测学生学习过程中的专注度对于师生都很重要;但以往常用方法如人工观察、问卷量表、任务测量、数据挖掘等方法或费时费力,或不适用于日常学习情境,难以大规模推广使用。本研究为探索这一问题的解决方法,试探究学龄儿童心率与脑电设备输出的专注度的关系,以期通过心率表征专注度。本研究以不同年龄段的小学生作为被试,使用智能手环与便携式脑电设备记录被试学习过程中的心率和专注度数据,进行相关分析、线性回归及差异性分析,发现对于大多数被试,心率与专注度存在显著正相关关系;以心率为自变量,专注度为因变量进行线性回归,所得结果亦具有显著性;不同年龄段之间心率与专注度的相关关系则不具有显著差异。研究发现,虽然心率与专注度显著正相关,但在日常学习情境中,学龄儿童较易受到无关因素的干扰而造成心率上升且专注度下降,因此仅通过心率表征专注度不完全可靠,未来可结合其他生理数据构建多因子预测模型。

Attention refers to the level of concentration, which is highly correlated with learning results and achievement. Therefore, the real-time detection of attention is significant to both teachers and learners. However, traditional measurements of attention are either time and labour consuming or unsuitable for daily learning situation, such as questionnaire, investigation, task-based measurement and data mining. This research aims to find a possible solution for attention measurement by exploring the correlation between heart rate (HR) and attention to detect attention level using HR data. Primary students of different age (grade 2, grade 4 and grade 6) participated in the experiment, whose HR and attention data was collected by smart bracelet and EEG equipment during learning. Through correlation analysis, linear regression and variation analysis, several conclusions were given in the thesis: ① for most participants, there is positive correlation between HR and attention; ② HR being independent variable and attention being dependent variable, the result of linear regression is significant; ③ no obvious difference is discovered among the correlations of three grades. However, although attention is positively correlated with HR, predicting attention only according to HR is not reliable enough, because school-aged children can be easily interrupted by external factors and their HR can also be influenced. Therefore, other biological factors could be included to construct more accurate attention detection model.
