崔莎·布朗（1936年-2017年）被公认为20世纪最伟大的舞蹈家和最具影响力的编舞家之一，她编排了近百部舞蹈作品、六部歌剧以及多部绘画作品。她固定了即兴编舞的创作模式、纯舞的运动方式、放松技术的训练体系，形成了极具特色的个人艺术风格。因为崔莎·布朗的舞蹈作品中多以身体作为创作主体，作品中涵盖了对时间、空间、力效及物质的体验，她的艺术风格特色也是20世纪60年代后现代舞蹈发展的缩影。 本文的研究内容从崔莎·布朗的艺术风格出发， 第一部分主要阐述本文的研究背景、意义、创新点与难点，并对本课题相关的研究现状进行分析；第二部分主要分析崔莎·布朗艺术风格形成的原因，研究形成崔莎布朗艺术风格特点的内因与外因，建立崔莎·布朗个人性格特点、成长环境、家庭氛围、社会环境、交友情况等与艺术风格形成之间的内在联系；第三部分总结崔莎·布朗作品的特色之处，包括观念的革新、视觉元素的运用、空间的利用以及对观众观赏视角的分析；第四部分梳理崔莎·布朗的即兴编舞的创作模式、纯动作的运动方式与原理以及放松技术的实践与应用。 崔莎·布朗舞蹈作品数量高达百余部，实验性与创新性更新了人们对舞蹈既定的概念，推动后现代舞的边缘不断向外扩张。文章从大量的作品中选择具有代表性的作品进行案例分析，找到作品的共同现象，加以归纳总结，让看似无规律的艺术创作变得有迹可循。

Trisha brown (1936-2017) is recognized as one of the greatest dancers and the most influential choreographers of the 20th century. She choreographed nearly 100 dance works, six operas and several paintings. She fixed the creative mode of improvisation and choreography, the movement mode of pure dance and the training system of relaxation technique, and formed a unique personal artistic style. Because Trisha brown's dance works take the body as the main body of creation, the works cover the experience of time, space, force and material, and her artistic style is also the epitome of the development of postmodern dance in this era. The research content of this paper starts from the artistic style of Theresa brown. The first part mainly expounds the research background, significance, innovation points and difficulties of this paper, and analyzes the research status of this topic. The second part mainly analyzes the reasons for the formation of the artistic style of Trisha brown, studies the internal and external causes of the characteristics of the artistic style of Trisha brown, and establishes the internal relations between the personal characteristics, growth environment, family atmosphere, social environment, friendship situation and the formation of the artistic style of Trisha brown. The third part summarizes the characteristics of Trisha brown's works, including the innovation of ideas, the use of visual elements, the use of space and the analysis of the audience's viewing perspective; The fourth part introduces the creative mode, the movement mode and principle of pure movement, and the practice and application of relaxation technique of Theresa brown's improvisational choreography. The number of Trisha brown's dance works is up to more than one hundred. Experimental and innovative, she has updated people's established concepts of dance and pushed the edge of post-modern dance outward. This paper selects representative works from large number of works for case analysis, finds the common phenomenon of the works, summarizes them, and makes the seemingly irregular artistic creation become traceable.
