2016年1月1日，“二孩新政”正式实施，该政策将对北京高校教师群体住房需求产生重要影响。为探明“二孩新政”对于北京高校教师群体住房需求的具体影响，充实人口政策与住房需求领域理论框架，增进高校教师福利，提升高校竞争力，推动新政在高校的顺利实施，文章以北京师范大学为例，通过运用问卷法、访谈法、将定性分析与定量分析相结合，针对新政对于北师大教师群体住房需求的具体影响进行深入研究，推导出“二孩新政”对北京师范大学教师群体住房需求的具体影响，并以此为依据，提供相应政策建议。

Two-child policy is officially put into implementation on January 1st, 2016, which has a significant influence on housing demand of college teacher groups in Beijing. This paper selects Beijing Normal University as an example and study the specific influences of this new policy on housing demand of the teacher group in Beijing Normal University, applying the methods of questionnaire survey and interview and combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. Then this paper deduces the specific influences of two-child policy on housing demand of the teacher group in Beijing Normal University and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.
