校本培训(school-based teacher education)在许多国家正日益得到发展。目前,我国的基础教育改革与发展及基础教育课程改革都对教师的能力和素质提出了新的要求,校本培训也正以其特有的理论与实践相结合、简便易行、成本低、针对性强、有利于教师持续性发展等优点,成为学校持续促进教师专业发展的主要应用模式之一。 本研究在理论上分析了校本培训的特点、实施意义和实施策略,将北京师范大学良乡附属中学的案例研究,对照国内外教师校本培训现状和发展趋势,提出北京师范大学良乡附属中学必须创建更加有效的校本培训保障系统。其中第一章 引言部分除了简单介绍研究意义、研究设计和研究方法外,重点对国内外校本培训的概念、理论基础、特点、实施意义、实施策略的相关文献进行了梳理,这是本研究分析的主要框架和出发点。由于国外的校本培训发展比较早,第二章 国外教师校本培训:现状和趋势则主要介绍了校本培训比较成熟的国家的历史发展、形式、发展趋势及保障,重点分析了高级标杆培训、虚拟培训组织和校本培训项目管理三种发展趋势。第三章 国内教师校本培训的实践探索从政策演变、发展历程、现状分析三个方面将我国教师校本培训进行了回顾。第四章案例研究:北京师范大学良乡附属中学是本研究的核心,从学校概况谈起,在介绍了北师大良乡附中实施校本培训的指导思想、实施、效果的基础上,较为翔实地呈现了“教师校本分层培训”方案的内容、目标和层次。在目标上,直接导向于学校的发展和教师个人的专业成长,真正体现了华东师范大学郑金洲老师所提倡的“为了学校”;在培训形式上,各个层次的教师培训活动基本都是紧密围绕“在学校中”教育、教学和科研,最终目标是持续提高教育教学质量;最为重要的是,教师分层校本培训是“基于学校”发展的现实,从学校的实际出发,扬长避短,以课程改革为核心,突出实践环节,采取多种培训形式,将理论学习与行动学习紧密结合在一起。作为案例研究的重要部分,北京师范大学良乡附属中学校本培训完善策略是本研究的主要成果。最后一章 反思与展望,比较理性和客观地分析了中小学教师校本培训的发展道路——任重道远。实践已经证明,北京师范大学良乡附属中学的校本培训对提高教师队伍整体素质起到了积极的作用,总结这些经验无疑可以对我国校本培训提供有益的启示。特别是教师分层校本培训有较强的目标性和针对性,有明确的培训范围、培训形式和考核指标体系,便于操作。但从整体来讲,当前我国教师校本培训无论在理论方面还是实践方面,都处于刚刚起步的初级阶段,有待于广大理论工作者和实践人员深入研究和实践。

School-based teacher education is increasingly progressing in many countries. Currently, both the reform and development in basic education and the reform in the curriculum for basic education make still greater demands on the capabilities and qualities of the teachers. School-based teacher education, integrating theory and practice, being simple and convenient, low-cost, well-targeted and beneficial to the sustainable development of the teachers, has become the main mode in application to promote the professional development for teachers. The study analyses the characteristics, the meaning of implementation and implementation strategy of school-based teacher education from the theoretical point of view, compares the case study of Liangxiang High School affiliated to Beijing Normal University with the domestic and international status quo and trends in school-based teacher education, puts forward that the Liangxiang High School Affiliated to Beijing Normal University should develop a more effective security system for school-based teacher education. Chapter 1-Introduction, focuses on sorting out the domestic and foreign documents on the concept, theoretical basis, characteristics, meaning of implementation and implementation strategy of school-based teacher education besides introducing the meaning, design and method of the study, which is the main frame and starting point of the analysis. For the school-based teacher education developed much earlier in some foreign countries, therefore Chapter2- School-based teacher education in foreign countries: Status quo and trends, mainly introduces the historical development, forms, trends and security system, focuses on the analysis on the three trends in project management, which are High Leverage Education、Virtual Education Organizations and School-based Teacher Education. Chapter3- Domestic Practical Exploration of School-based Education, reviews the school-based teacher education in China from three aspects, policy development, historical course and status quo analysis. Chapter 4: Case Study: Liangxiang High School affiliated to Beijing Normal University is the core of the study. It begins from the general information of the school, firstly introduced the guidelines, implementation and effects of school-based teacher education in the school, then presents the contents, objectives and layers of Hierarchical School-based Teacher Education fully and accurately. The development of the school and the professional development of the teachers is the objective, which reflects the conception of "for the school", which is advocated by Teacher Zheng Jinzhou, who works for East China Normal University. The training activities focuses on the conception of "The ultimate goal of Education, Teaching and Educational Research is to improve the education and teaching quality steadily" in every level. Most important of all, based on the present situation of the school, Hierarchical School-based Teacher Education plays their strengths, centers on the curriculum reform, highlights the practice, adopts varied forms of training, integrates theory study and operation study. As an important part of the study, the improvement strategy of school-based teacher education for Liangxiang School is the main achievements. The last Chapter: Reflection and Prospects, analyses that the task is arduous and the road ahead is long of the school-based teacher education for primary and middle school teachers rationally and objectively. Practice has proved that the school-based teacher education in Liangxiang High School affiliated to Beijing Normal University has played a positive role on improving the overall quality of the teachers. To summarize the practice will undoubtedly gain a good deal of useful inspiration. Especially Hierarchical School-based Teacher Education , for it is well-targeted, with clear training scope, forms and assessing system, convenient for operation. However, from the overall point of view, the school-based teacher education is just at the initial stage in theory as well as in practice in China, therefore it remains to be thorough studied and practiced by the vast theorists and practice staff.
