本论文以2019-2020赛季中国女子排球超级联赛的决赛三局比赛为研究对象，通过运用文献资料法、录像分析法、数理统计法以及对比分析法等对双方队伍扣球技术的运用情况进行统计，并分析扣球运用的效果，较为系统地分析两支队伍扣球技术运用中存在的问题和不足，进而提出有针对性的意见和建议，期望能够为女排对于更好的选择和运用扣球技术提供一定的理论参考和借鉴。

This paper takes the three games in the final of the 2019-2020 China Women's Volleyball Super League as the research subjects, and mainly adopts the methods of literature, video analysis, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis to make statistics on the application of spiking technique in both teams, and analyzes its application effect. According to the results of analysis, this paper systematically points out the problems and deficiencies existing in the application of smashing skills in the two teams, and then puts forward some targeted suggestions, hoping to provide some theoretical references for the Chinese women's volleyball team to choose and apply spiking technique appropriately.
