本文研究的T企业正是在我国推动智慧教育建设的背景下成长起来的一家智慧教育服务提供商至今成立已20T企业在教育信息化领域积累了较多的高校客户并且实现营业收入的稳定增长然而因市场竞争加剧近些年企业营业收入增长缓慢随着市场环境的不断发展和技术的快速更迭T企业开始寻求SaaS等新服务形态为商业模式上带来的创新和突破

鉴于此本文选择对T企业商业模式进行研究首先对T企业所处的经营环境和经营情况进行分析探究市场变化然后运用商业模式要素模型对T企业现有商业模式的基础框架进行梳理分析现有的商业模式是否具有竞争优势并归纳总结企业当前发展中所遇到的问题随后对商业模式中出现的问题进行分析探讨如何对现有的商业模式进行优化并给出对应策略最后T企业新旧商业模式进行对比分析形成研究结论本文研究对T企业而言具有重要的现实意义对于智慧教育行业内其他同类型企业的商业模式优化具有较强的借鉴意义

The state vigorously promotes the construction of educational informatization, encourages the establishment of a smart education cloud platform, and supports competent company in the society to provide technical support and beneficial supplements to the campus, aiming to trigger breakthroughs in educational service carriers, models, and methods, and smart education has become the specific educational forms of the "Educational Informatization 2.0 Action Plan" and "Education Modernization 2035". Especially under the impact to implement the new crown epidemic in 2020, the early layout of educational informatization has been verified in stages, and smart education has attracted widespread attention. Based on the rapid development of Internet technology, cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and other new-generation information technologies drive the advanced development of smart education. In recent years, traditional software suppliers, education technology companies, and leading Internet companies have entered the market to empower smart campus services. It can be seen that the market size of the smart education industry is expanding, and the market prospects of the smart education industry are very broad.

The T company studied in this paper is a smart education service provider that grew up in the context of promoting the construction of smart education in our country. It has been established for nearly 20 years. T company has accumulated more university customers in the field of education informatization, and has achieved stable growth in operating income. However, due to intensified market competition, the company's operating income has grown slowly in recent years. With the continuous development of the market environment and the rapid changes in technology, T company have begun to seek innovations and breakthroughs in business models brought by new service forms such as SaaS.

In view of this, this paper chooses to study the business model of T company. First, it analyzes the business environment and business situation of T company, and explores market changes. Then, it uses the business elements model to sort out the basic framework of T company's existing business model, analyzes whether the existing business model has a competitive advantage and summarizes the problems encountered in the company's current development. Then analyze the problems in the business model, discuss how to optimize the existing business model, and give corresponding strategies. Finally, a comparative analysis of the old and new business models of T company is carried out to form a research conclusion. The research in this paper has important practical significance for T company, and has strong reference significance for the optimization of business models of other similar enterprises in the smart education industry.
