在经济一体化的形势下，建设多元化的国际贸易格局、扩展国与国之间的经济交流已经成为当今时代的重要课题。 而在此背景下，中国同日本之间贸易上的摩擦本是由来已久，在最近几年却愈演愈烈。两国间贸易摩擦的升级只会使双方都遭受到巨大的损失。基于这种认识，本论文的重点是探寻日本农产品壁垒摩擦的原因和解决方案的选择，并思考中国出口制度框架的搭建。

With the rapid development of world globalization and the international trade freedom, the barriers of traditional tariff and non-tariff have been gradually demolished. Most Chinese farm produce export businesses have suffered greatly in the recent years because of Japan’s tightening of its “green trade barrier” measures such as raising the standard of chemical residue check and adopting stricter checking criteria. Thus, with such “green barriers” becoming the chief obstacle to Chinese export of farm produce to Japan, it is imperative for the concerned departments and institutions of our country to conduct in-depth studies，and to analyze the causes of Japan’s setting up such green barriers, so that effective countermeasures could be taken to break through such green barriers and to guarantee the share of market for our country’s export of farm produce.
