革命将领的日记是研究中共革命史的一手史料，其中所展现的不仅是个人革命生涯的活动轨迹，同时也蕴含着中国共产党关于“革命”的宝贵记忆。因此，解读革命军人的日记为研究中共革命及考察革命者的个体心灵史拓展了一条特殊渠道，这对于中共革命史的书写和叙事具有重要影响。

   论文主要按照“事件”和“人物”两大历史书写的核心元素，并对照运用多元史料来解读赖传珠日记中的相关文字。在“革命事件”方面，基于日记解读的视角选取中共革命史上的三个重要事件“精兵简政”、“整风运动”、“新式整军运动”进行详尽的“慢回放”，分析这几个历史事件发生的背景、原因、过程及其影响，以求能够探寻到更多的历史细节。在“革命人物”方面，赖传珠日记勾画出一幅立体生动的革命群像图，其中包括革命对象、革命领袖、革命群众等，他们的复杂面相和各类活动是赖传珠革命记忆中重要组成部分。日记中关于赖传珠的“自我记录”涉及到其知识来源、观念塑造和个性表达等心灵史问题，充分展现出一名中共将领在宏大时代背景下的党性、人性之本相。

     释读赖传珠日记说明，日记史料对于书写和研究中共革命史具有特殊意义和价值。这集中体现在革命者的日记有利于丰富中共革命史叙事、展现中共将领的革命精神、驳斥历史虚无主义等方面。同时，日记史料具有其它史料类型所不具备的独特性。第一，日记的“即时性”最大限度地保留了历史的温度，丰富和补充了许多中共革命的历史细节。第二，日记的“私密性”蕴含作者在宏大时代背景下的个性化表达，这为中共革命的心灵史研究提供重要素材。第三，日记的“连续性”折射出革命的时代风貌，侧面反映出中共革命的基本走向和发展变迁。

   需要注意的是，日记也具有主观性，作者有时甚至会刻意增减其内容，让史料失去它的“原生态”。日记中的一些记录内容对于后人来说难于探因，想通过日记中的新材料得到与既有历史认识相异的结论也并非易事。因此在使用时还须遵循一定原则，如考证日记真伪及版本差别、与其它类型史料进行互证互析、合理运用一定的历史想象力、坚持“大历史”整体性原则等，只有这样才能探得更多历史真相，展现更加丰富多面立体的中共革命历史。

   The diaries of revolutionary generals are first-hand historical materials for studying the revolutionary history of the Communist Party of China, which not only show the activity track of personal revolutionary career, but also contain the valuable memory of the Communist Party of China on "revolution". Therefore, reading the diaries of revolutionary soldiers expands a special channel for studying the revolution of the Communist Party of China and investigating the individual spiritual history of revolutionaries, which has an important impact on the writing and narration of the revolutionary history of the Communist Party of China.

    This paper mainly interprets the relevant words in Lai Chuanzhu's diary according to the two core elements of historical writing, namely, "events" and "characters", and by using multiple historical materials.In terms of "revolutionary events", three important events in the history of the Communist Party of China's revolution, namely, "streamlining the army", "rectification movement" and "new army consolidation movement", were selected for detailed "slow playback" based on the perspective of diary interpretation, and the background, causes, process and impact of these historical events were analyzed to explore more historical details. In terms of "revolutionary figures", Lai Chuanzhu's diary depicts a three-dimensional and vivid picture of revolutionary groups, including revolutionary objects, revolutionary leaders, revolutionary masses, etc. Their complex faces and various activities are an important part of Lai Chuanzhu's revolutionary memory. The "self recording" of Lai Chuanzhu in the diary involves his source of knowledge, shaping of ideas, expression of personality and other issues of spiritual history, which fully demonstrates the essence of the party spirit and human nature of a CPC general in the context of a grand era.

     Reading Lai Chuanzhu's diary shows that diary historical materials have special significance and value for writing and studying the revolutionary history of the Communist Party of China. This is mainly reflected in the fact that revolutionaries' diaries are conducive to enriching the narrative of the Communist Party's revolutionary history, displaying the revolutionary spirit of the Communist Party's generals, and refuting historical nihilism. At the same time, diary historical materials have unique characteristics that other types of historical materials do not have. First, the "immediacy" of diaries maximizes the preservation of historical temperature, enriching and supplementing many historical details of the Communist Party's revolution. Secondly, the "privacy" of diaries contains the author's personalized expression in the context of a grand era, which provides important material for the study of the spiritual history of the Communist Party of China revolution. Thirdly, the "continuity" of the diary reflects the era style of the revolution, and laterally reflects the basic trend and development changes of the Communist Party of China revolution.

    It should be noted that diaries are also subjective, and authors sometimes deliberately add or subtract their content, causing historical materials to lose their "original ecology.". Some of the recorded content in the diary is difficult for future generations to explore, and it is not easy to obtain conclusions that are different from existing historical knowledge through the new materials in the diary. Therefore, certain principles must be followed when using diaries, such as verifying the authenticity and version differences of diaries, conducting mutual verification and analysis with other types of historical data, using a certain amount of historical imagination rationally, and adhering to the principle of "grand history" as a whole. Only in this way can we explore more historical truths and display a richer and multidimensional history of the Communist Party of China.
