      随着篮球体育运动的开展,对参与者的整体素质需要进一步增强,助跑双脚起跳摸高成为篮球运动中重要的技术动作之一,体现了运动员的爆发力、协调性和灵活性。在高中阶段,运动员的技术动作形成至关重要。因此,如何科学有效地提高高中男生的助跑双脚起跳摸高能力成为当前篮球训练的研究问题。快速伸缩复合训练是一种新型的能力训练方法,用于多种体育项目中表现出良好的效果。本研究旨在探讨快速伸缩复合训练对高中男生助跑双脚起跳摸高成绩的影响程度,为高中篮球课堂身体素质练习提供理论和实践参考。

本研究以北京师范大学第二附属中学高一、高二篮球选项课的男生作为实验对象,探索快速伸缩复合训练的效果。研究内容是探讨普通高中男生中助跑双脚起跳摸高训练的影响。实验过程中,我们随机选择了高一和高二的篮球选项课男生作为实验组和对照组,对实验组和对照组的学生进行了原地双脚起跳摸高和助跑双脚起跳摸高的测试。数据整理和分析是通过spss软件完成的。实验组在训练过程中采用了快速伸缩复合训练干预,对照组则进行了传统的力量训练方式干预。经过为期8周的训练后,我们再次测试了两组学生的表现指标,并通过spss软件对测试数据进行了分析。分析结果被统计和汇总,以确定快速伸缩训练对高中男生助跑双脚起跳摸高的作用。

With the continuous development of international sports training theory and practice, the continual expansion and optimization of training methods, sports training in various fields such as athletic training, physical education, public fitness, and recreational sports are becoming increasingly scientific. Among them, rapid stretch-shortening cycle training, as a relatively novel and popular training method, has gradually garnered high attention from professionals in the sports industry, especially in its application in athletic training and post-injury sports rehabilitation. Scholars both domestically and internationally have conducted multifaceted research on rapid stretch-shortening cycle training, including training methods, training benefits, and target populations. Particularly in defining rapid stretch-shortening cycle training, different scholars have different interpretations. This study focuses on male students enrolled in Grade 11 and Grade 12 basketball elective courses at Beijing Normal University Second High School, aiming to investigate whether rapid stretch-shortening cycle training has an impact on the two-footed jump height of high school male students during running. Thirty male students were randomly selected for both the experimental and control groups. Tests were conducted on the students' standing two-footed jump height and running two-footed jump height before and after the experiment, with data analysis performed using SPSS software. During the experiment, the experimental group underwent rapid stretch-shortening cycle training while the control group underwent traditional strength training. After a period of 6-8 weeks of practice, the students in both groups were retested, and the data were analyzed using SPSS to determine the effect of rapid stretch-shortening cycle training on the running two-footed jump height of high school male students.
