随着社交媒体在人们生活中的渗透率越来越高,人们越来越倾向于在手机端使用社交媒体获取信息。作为传统PC端搜寻的发展变化,移动端的内容社交APP搜寻具有许多截然不同的特征,分析概括这种方式下的用户搜寻行为特点有助于平台为用户提供更好的个性化服务,提升用户的产品体验。本研究选取小红书平台的旅游领域作为研究对象,首先构建了移动搜寻行为特征框架和移动搜寻行为交互框架。其次使用实验法收集了17名用户在小红书旅游领域的搜寻行为数据,对用户移动搜寻行为特征进行描述性统计分析并探讨了各搜寻行为特征之间的交互影响,比较不同性别和不同平台熟悉度的用户在搜寻行为特征上的异同。研究发现,与搜索引擎相比,用户在内容社交APP上的检索次数、浏览结果数、平均查看结果数更多,查询式长度更长,但任务总停留时间差别不大。浏览帖子数与查看帖子数正相关,与优化次数无显著相关;保存行为与查看评论行为显著负相关,与超过平均查看时间的查看行为显著正相关;保存行为发生次数与用户查看帖子数显著正相关。性别不影响用户搜寻行为,平台熟悉度影响用户构建的查询式长度和浏览帖子数。最后,本研究分别对内容社交APP平台优化个性化推荐服务和用户提高检索效率提出了一些建议。

With the increasing penetration of social media in people's lives, people are more and more inclined to use social media on the mobile side to get the information they need. As the development and change of the traditional search method on PC, the search behavior on the mobile content social APP has many new characteristics, analyzing and summarizing the characteristics of users' searching behavior in this new way is helpful for the content social platform to provide users with better personalized services and improve users' product experience. This research selects the tourism field of Xiaohongshu as the research object, and firstly constructs the mobile search behavior feature framework and the mobile search behavior interaction framework. Secondly, the experimental method was used to collect the search behavior data of 17 users in the field of Xiaohongshu travel, and the descriptive statistical analysis was carried out on the mobile search behavior characteristics of users, and the interaction between the search behavior characteristics was discussed, and the similarities and differences in the search behavior characteristics of users with different genders and different platform familiarity were compared. The research found that compared with the search engine, the number of query, the number of browsing results, the average number of viewing results are more on the content social APP, the query length is longer, but the total residence time of the task is little different. The number of posts browsed was positively correlated with the number of posts viewed, but had no significant correlation with the number of optimization. The saving behavior was negatively correlated with the review viewing behavior and positively correlated with the viewing behavior beyond the average viewing time. There is a significant positive correlation between the number of save behaviors and the number of posts viewed by users. Gender has no effect on users' search behavior, while platform familiarity affects the length of queries built by users and the number of posts viewed. Finally, this study puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the design of content social APP platform and improving the retrieval efficiency of users.
