青藏高原文化是指西藏自治区和青海省而言的地域文化。由于青藏高原独特的自然地理环境、人文社会景观、多民族杂居的历史缘由，以及农耕文化与游牧文化的彼此渗透，中原汉地文化、藏传佛教及伊斯兰文化的自古交汇，使得青藏高原文化形态呈现出奇异而瑰丽的风貌和多样的文化格局，并具有强烈的宗教性、鲜明的地域性、文化的多样性等特点。独特的文化孕育了独特的文学，文学是文化的折射与反映,地理环境和人文环境及其特定的历史政治必然潜移默化地作用于文学，影响到作家的性格气质、审美情趣、艺术思维方式和作品的人生内容与艺术风格。不同区域的文化造就了不同的文学样态和风格，呈现出不同的特色。青藏高原文学便呈现出迥异于其他地域文学的样态和风格，它是一个由多民族文学组成的地域文学，具有多元性、杂糅性的特点，呈现出刚劲、雄浑、质朴的高原审美风格。本文拟将青藏高原各民族文学置于多元文化的视域下进行审视与探究，以期透视多元文化对青藏高原文学的渗透与影响，希冀从文化视角看文学，以挖掘其深层底蕴，亦从文学层面管窥文化，以见其精髓。

Culture of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau refers to the regional culture of Tibet Autonomous Region and Qinghai province. Due to the unique geographical environment , humanities and social landscape , the history of mixed nationalities, the mutual infiltration of farming culture and the nomadic culture and the long intersection of Han culture, Tibetan Buddhism and Islam culture of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau culture shows a strange and beautiful style and diverse cultural patterns, and has a strong religious, distinctive regional and cultural diverse Characteristics. Unique culture gives birth to the unique literature and literature is the refraction and reflection of culture. Geographical and humane environment and its specific history and politics will inevitably influence literature, the writer's temperament, aesthetic, artistic way of thinking and the life content and artistic style of writings imperceptibly. Different regional culture makes the different literature forms and styles and makes it show different characteristics. The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau literature, which is a regional literature composed of multi ethnic literatures, is different from other regional literatures in forms and styles. The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau literature has the characteristics of diversity and hybridity and shows a bold, vigorous, simple plateau aesthetic style. This paper intends to examine and explore the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau literature from the multicultural perspective so as to dissect the infiltration and influence of multiculture to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau literature, hoping to see literature from the perspective of culture to excavate its deep connotation and also to see the essence of culture from the perspective of literature.
