In this thesis, the asymmetric α-hydroxylation of β-dicarbonyl compounds was realized by synergistic catalysis of chiral primary amine and ruthenium photocatalyst under blue light with good conversion and excellent enantioselectivities. This type of reaction system can be applied to a wide range of β-ketoesters and β-ketoamides. The products obtained could be derived to important synthetic synthons, which indicates potential application in the asymmetric synthesis of complicated natural products. |
