受我国传统文化的影响,一直以来都是以居家养老为主的养老模式。随着我国家庭结构的变化,传统的家庭养老模式,在当今社会已经受到了极大的挑战。老年人对机构养老服务的需求日益增长,在客观上加速了机构养老模式的发展。物联网、云计算和移动互联网等网络技术的产生和应用使网络经济发展迅速,也使一些互联网科技企业发展超出网络服务的范畴,成为综合服务平台,这些平台中不乏涉及养老服务市场的平台企业。他们通过什么方式实现盈利,采用什么样的商业模式,是否能够帮助养老服务市场解决目前面临的问题,本文将基于这些问题探讨养老服务市场的平台企业的可行之道,构建其合理的商业模式。本文以养老服务市场中涉及机构养老的平台企业为研究目标,由于涉及养老服务市场的平台企业,至少连接着双边人群,即有养老需求的老人和养老机构,故先针对双边市场进行研究,再对平台本身做研究。针对双边市场的研究,以文献分析为主,辅助以浙江D县的老人和养老机构为例的调研,分析总结老年人群和养老机构目前的需求以及面临的问题;针对不同的类型平台企业,各选出一家具有代表性的平台企业做为研究对象,围绕着商业模式构成的9大要素分析其商业模式,再横向比较同类型的平台企业,分析发现现有平台企业的商业模式不能完全解决双边市场目前的问题。基于双边市场存在的问题,研究平台企业如何通过商业模式的创新来帮助双边市场解决问题,从而提高双边市场的活跃度,逐步壮大平台自身。本文着力点在探讨建立一个养老服务平台,通过平台连接着多方群体:养老机构,有养老需求的中老年人群以及给养老机构和中老年人提供服务的群体。这个平台应设计好各方群体的利益以及核心的补贴策略,从而吸引多边群体入驻平台,激起同边和跨边的网络效应,并且要让各边群体对平台有归属感;同时应维护好平台生态圈的质量,通过增加技术壁垒抵御竞争对手,设计好盈利模式来防止被潜在竞争对手覆盖。以上对于在发展初期的养老平台企业有一定的借鉴作用。

Influenced by traditional Chinese culture, the pattern of old-age support has always been based on aged-care at home. Along with the change of family structure in China, the traditional aged-care at home faces a great challenge in today’s society. The demand of the aged for the institution for aged-care is rising, which objectively accelerate the development of the institution for aged-care. The emergence and application of network technologies such as Internet of Things, cloud computing and mobile internet make internet economy develop rapidly, and also make some Internet technology companies develop beyond the scope of network service, becoming the comprehensive service platforms. Some of these platforms involve in aged-care services market. In what ways do they realize the profit? What the business model do they take, and whether the business model can help the aged-care services market to solve the current problems? Based on these problems, this article explores the proper way for platform companies involving in aged-care services market, and builds the reasonable business model. This article takes the platform company involving in the institution for aged-care in the aged-care services market as the research object. Because the platform company involving in the institution for aged-care is connected to at least two kinds of crowds such as the aged crowd with aged-care demand and the institution for aged-care, this article firstly analyzes the two-sided market, and then does research on the platform itself. According to the research on the two-sided market, this article focuses on the literature analysis, supported by the investigation of the aged crowd and the institution for aged-care in D County, Zhejiang Province, and then analyzes and summarizes the current demand and problems of the aged crowd and the institution for aged-care. According to different types of platform companies, this article picks up the representative platform company as the research subject from the respective type, and analyzes their business model with nine factors, and makes the horizontal comparison of the same type of platform companies. The analysis finds that the existing business model of platform companies cannot completely solve the problems of the two-side market at present. Based on the existing problems of two-side market, and researches how the platform companies help the two-side market to solve the problems through the innovation of business model, so as to enhance the activity of two-side market and progressively expand the platform itself. Focus of this article is to explore the building of aged-care services platform, which is connected to various crowds such as the institution for aged-care, the aged crowd with aged-care demand, and the crowd offering services to the institution for aged-care and the aged. The platform should be designed with subsidy policy involved in the cores and interests of all crowds, so as to draw the multilateral crowds into the platform and arouse the same-border and cross-border network effects, and make each crowd with the sense of belonging to platform. At the same time, it should maintain the quality on the ecosystem of the platform, increases the technical barriers against competitors, and design the profit model well so as to prevent the coverage made by potential competitors. The above is useful for the aged-care platform companies in their early state.
