自上世纪70 年代以来，随着经济社会的转型和政府职能演变，国际NGO 组织呈现出良好的发展势头，积累了许多优秀的组织发展经验。中国NGO 新生代的崛起与近年来中国学生社团的活跃是分不开的。木铎手语社是一个年轻的小型学生社团，属于NGO 大家庭的一员，同时又具有其特殊的校园成长环境，它在发展中所面临的困境也是许多学生社团希望解决的。本文试图通过个案研究的方法对大学学生社团的活动方式、社团文化与功能等方面进行探析，结合NGO 发展的成功经验，对学生社团尤其是中小社团的成长策略进行分析。

From the 70s in last century, with the development of economic society and the transformation of function of government, the international NGO made a big progress in social service area and got lots of good experiences. In China the new NGO's rapid development is close to the activity indicated by the student mass organization. As a member of the NGO, Muduo Hand Language Association is just small and young, but at the same time, it has a unique growing environment in university, there could be some difficult position in the operation circle which other organizations came across and want to search for a solution In this article, according to making a analysis with the way of activities holding, culture, function and some other facts of student mass organization, connecting with the success experiences of NGO, the author in order to bring up growth strategies for the middle and small scale student mass organization.
