国际化是当今世界高等教育发展的客观趋势之一。高校的教学管理对于稳定教育秩序、激发教育主体创造性和保证教育质量起着重要保障作用,培养和造就了一大批适应各个国家发展需要的人才。站在高等教育国际化的大背景中,围绕培养国际化人才的目标,我国的高校教学管理也将迎来新的挑战,这主要体现在现行的管理体制机制、管理方式以及教育资源、培养目标导向等方面。为此,开展适应国际化人才培养的教学管理探索研究非常必要。 本文在吸收国内外相关领域的现有研究成果的基础上,采用文献研究、比较分析、案例剖析等方法,结合高校国际化人才培养的案例,将人本化管理思想融入高校教学管理实践中,力求针对适应国际化人才培养的教学管理策略进行较系统地探索性研究。 本文以围绕国际化人才培养的教学管理为主线逐步展开,深入分析教学管理的观念更新和制度借鉴。除绪论和结论外,共分四部分。第一部分,首先界定本研究中的高等教育国际化、国际化人才以及高校教学管理的基本内涵,并进一步就人本化管理理论的发展现状和趋势进行分析。第二部分,围绕国际化人才培养和高校教学管理的相互作用开展分析,指出国际化人才不同于非国际化人才的区别,分析国际化人才与教学管理之间的相辅相成关系,总结了借鉴国外先进教学管理经验,针对传统教学管理不适应国际化人才培养的主要表现分析产生的原因。第三部分,基于前面的理论基础分析和新形势新要求,提出与国际化人才培养目标相适应的教学管理对策建议。第四部分,结合首都经济贸易大学的案例评析,重点从管理理念、培养方案、课程体系、教学体系和交流合作方面介绍了教学管理改革措施,论述了改革成效。

In the world, internationalization is one of the objective development trends of the higher education. Teaching management in college education plays an important role in stabilizing the education order, inspiring the creative of the education subject and ensuring the education quality. As the result, it can train a large number of talents who can meet the difference needs of country development. College teaching management in China will face new challenges around the goal of internationalized talents training, such as current management system, running mechanism, management style, education resources and value orientation. So a further study of teaching management system should be carried out to adapt to the goal of the international talents training. Based on relational research results at home and abroad, teaching management mode of the international college education is further studied. In this research, we carried out the methods if documentation law, investigation comparison and case analysis. At the same time, to strive for a systematic research on the exploration of teaching management under the background of the internationalized talents training, the theories of People-oriented Management are chased to apply to the practice. In this paper, the research is gradually carried out basing on the main line of the teaching management in the talents training field. The concept renewed and system referenced in the background of the international higher education management are further studied. Except the introduction and the conclusion, there are four sections. In the first section, some concepts are defined, including higher education internationalization, internationalized talents and teaching management. And then, the supporting theory and the connotation and development of the People-oriented Management is analyzed. In the second section, the fundamental interaction of the internationalized talents training and the teaching management in colleges and universities is to carry out the analysis, pointed out the main performance and the reasons that the traditional teaching management is not adapt to the internationalization talent training. In reference to draw lessons from foreign experience of the current international talent cultivation, the basic requirement of teaching management in colleges and universities is proposed. This study is foreshadowing for the countermeasures and demonstration analyzing. At the third part, teaching management countermeasures and suggestions with internationalized talents training goal are proposed based on the previous theoretical basis for analysis and new requirements of the new situation. As the fourth part, the typical cases in Capital University of Economics and Business are introduced and evaluated. The development experiences in teaching management models, training scheme, curriculum system, teaching system, exchanges and cooperation are carried out.
