The murder house refers to the house that has caused human death in the exclusive part, the specific definition should be strictly limited, and the elimination factor of the murder house should be introduced, and the murder house can be restored to normal when the elimination factor is available. Taboo should belong to feudal superstition. If there is an agreement on the murder house between the parties, the seller shall have the disclosure obligation based on the agreement. If there is no agreement on the murder house between the parties, the seller may not disclose the information of the murder house based on the consideration that the taboo of the murder house belongs to feudal superstition, the huge efficiency cost caused by the disclosure of the murder house, the defects of the non-constituent of the murder house and the protection of the seller's privacy. The rights and obligations of both parties should be balanced and the interests of the seller should be protected. |
