近年来,我国经济在世界范围内保持长期较快增长,人民生活水平和生活质量有了显著提高,整个国家的城镇化进程也在不断推进。一方面,城市垃圾的不断增长,给城市的环卫系统和环卫工人带来巨大压力和挑战;另一方面,环卫工人长期面临工作时间长、强度大、待遇差、劳保水平低等困难,这都导致了环卫工人较低的工作满意度和工作绩效,制约了我国城市环卫事业的进一步发展。因此,如何科学有效地提高环卫工人的工作满意度与工作绩效,是每一位从业者需要认真考虑和实践的课题。

本文以珠海市环卫工人为研究对象,在梳理总结国内外学者关于工作满意度、工作绩效和两者关系的研究成果上,建立理论研究模型,拓宽理论运用范围,运用SPSS软件,全方位还原珠海市环卫工人工作满意度与工作绩效现状,探索存在的问题及其原因。通过研究为珠海市环卫行业管理者乃至全国环卫行业管理者提供合理化建议,从改善环卫工人工作满意度出发,制定科学有效的考核体系、薪酬激励、队伍建设、劳动保障、住房保障等制度,以达到提高环卫工人工作绩效的目的,从而促进珠海市环卫事业的持续健康稳定发展,为营造环境优美、干净整洁、资源友好的现代化新型城市做出贡献。

外文摘要:

In recent years, China's economy has maintained rapid growth in the worldwide.  People's living standards have made great progress. The urbanization process has been continuously promoted, the urban population has continued to grow, and the entire society has flourished. However, the amount of urban domestic waste that has been accompanying has also increased dramatically, leading to tremendous pressure and challenges for urban sanitation industry and sanitation workers. On the other hand, sanitation workers have long-standing problems such as long working hours, high work risks, high work intensity, low payment, poor working environment and low level of labor insurance, which have restricted the further healthy development of urban sanitation. The sanitation industry is a labor-intensive industry. Sanitation workers are the most important means of production in the industry and the foundation of the sanitation industry. How to scientifically and effectively improve the job satisfaction and job performance of sanitation workers is an urgent problem for industry managers.

   This study takes Zhuhai sanitation workers as the research object, and based on the summarization and induction of domestic and foreign scholars' research on job satisfaction and performance, establishes a scientific analysis model, and uses SPSS software to analyze the data collected by the questionnaires to restore the status of sanitation workers’ job Satisfaction and job performance, analyzes the reasons for the current problems. Through research, we provide reasonable suggestions for the environmental sanitation industry managers in Zhuhai and the entire sanitation industry managers, and improve the systems of scientific and effective management, compensation, personnel training, labor security, children education security and housing security by improving the factors affecting the sanitation workers' job satisfaction, to improve the job satisfaction and work performance of sanitation workers, thereby promoting the sustainable and healthy development of urban sanitation, and making efforts to create a modern and new city with a beautiful , clean, and resource-friendly environment.
