“十四五”时期,我国开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程,进入全面实施乡村振兴战略新阶段。如何更好发挥教育在乡村振兴中的功能,是当前迫切需要研究的课题。习近平总书记关于乡村振兴和教育的重要论述科学回答了“什么是乡村振兴”“怎样以教育振兴乡村”等一系列重大理论和实践问题,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,为新时代教育促进乡村全面振兴提供了思想指导和根本遵循。因此,本研究深入研究习近平总书记关于乡村振兴和教育的重要论述并将之作为指导原则贯穿全文始终,同时,结合新时代教育改革与发展的理论与实践,探寻乡村教育促进乡村振兴的机理与路径。论文总体思路是,以文献分析法和调查研究法为主要方法,审视乡村教育促进乡村振兴的现实困境,并据此分别总结和分析政策制定者、研究者、实践者提出的应对策略,提出数字化转型背景下乡村教育促进乡村振兴的跨越式发展取向,以期对于统筹推进乡村教育振兴和教育振兴乡村工作提供积极引导和参考。

全文主体部分包括六章:第一章围绕习近平总书记关于乡村教育与乡村振兴关系的重要论述,深入分析乡村教育促进乡村振兴的指导思想和内在机理。第二章、第三章和第四章,是对乡村教育促进乡村振兴的理论与实践成果的系统分析。其中第二章着重剖析了乡村教育促进乡村振兴需要克服的主要困境,并且从政策的角度梳理出政府部门破解困境的措施;第三章重点梳理了学术界关于乡村教育促进乡村振兴的价值取向和实施策略的研究;第四章转向实践领域,在对乡村教育促进乡村振兴的实践模式展开分析的基础上,创造性地提出数字化时代背景下乡村教育促进乡村振兴的跨越式发展取向。第五章从个体、家庭、乡村三个层面和物质、精神两个维度分析乡村教育促进乡村振兴的实践成效,从目的、主体和路径三个方面分析乡村教育促进乡村振兴的中国经验。第六章在阐述中国援助东南亚、非洲、拉丁美洲以教育促进乡村振兴所采取的行动和积极影响之后,从教育理论、教育实践、现代化和人类文明形态四个层面分析乡村教育促进乡村振兴的中国贡献。总体上,本研究认为乡村教育促进乡村振兴的机理在于乡村教育能够通过育人来提高个体的综合素质,进而以全面发展的人推动乡村全面振兴,并且最终实现个体生命质量和生命价值的全面提升。在数字化转型背景下,借助数字化技术的力量,以乡村教育发展为核心,以人的素质提升为目的,以融合创新为路径,以多元共建为支撑,乡村教育完全可以跨越城乡教育的鸿沟、当前落后的发展阶段以及与城乡的割裂状态,全面提升乡村教育质量,从而赋能乡村振兴。

China has embarked on a new journey to comprehensively build a socialist modernized nation and has entered a new stage of fully implementing the rural revitalization strategy. Exploring how to effectively harness the power of education in promoting rural revitalization is a pressing matter that demands thorough research. Xi Jinping's significant discourse on rural revitalization and education provides a scientific approach to address a series of crucial theoretical and practical questions, including "what constitutes rural revitalization," and "how education can be leveraged to revitalize rural areas." It is an important component of Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new era, providing ideological guidance and fundamental principles for promoting comprehensive rural revitalization through education in the new era.Therefore, this study extensively investigates the important discourse of rural revitalization and education by Xi Jinping and incorporates it as a guiding principle throughout the entire text. Additionally, it explores the mechanisms and pathways through which rural education promotes rural revitalization, while integrating the theories and practices of educational reform and development in the new era.The paper adopts a comprehensive approach, utilizing literature analysis and survey research as the primary methods to scrutinize the actual challenges that rural education encounters in promoting rural revitalization. Based on this, the strategies proposed by policymakers, researchers, and practitioners are respectively summarized and analyzed.The objective is to puts forward the leapfrog development orientation of rural education within the framework of digital transformation. The aim is to offer constructive guidance and a point of reference for the coordinated progress of rural education revitalization and the overall revitalization of rural areas through education.

The main body of the text consists of six chapters: the first chapter revolves around the Xi Jingping's important discourse on the relationship between rural education and rural revitalization, and deeply analyzes the guiding ideology and intrinsic mechanisms of rural education in promoting rural revitalization. The second, third, and fourth chapters provide a systematic analysis of the theoretical and practical achievements of rural education in promoting rural revitalization. The second chapter primarily examines the key challenges that rural education must overcome in order to promote rural revitalization, while outlining the policy measures implemented by government departments to address these challenges. The third chapter centers around academic research on the value orientation and implementation strategy of rural education in driving rural revitalization. On the basis of analyzing the practical mode of rural education to promote rural revitalization, the fourth chapter creatively puts forward the leapfrog development orientation of rural education to promote rural revitalization under the background of digital age. The fifth chapter, thoroughly examines the tangible impact of rural education on promoting rural revitalization. It analyzes this impact from multiple perspectives, including the individual, family, and rural levels, as well as the material and spiritual dimensions. Furthermore, it explores the Chinese experience in promoting rural revitalization through rural education, with a specific focus on three crucial aspects: purpose, stakeholders, and approaches. Moving on to the sixth chapter, it elaborates on China's efforts and positive outcomes in assisting Southeast Asia, Africa, and Latin America in their endeavors to promote rural revitalization through education. It also analyzes China's contribution to rural revitalization through rural education from four perspectives: educational theory, educational practice, modernization, and human civilization.In general, this study believes that the mechanism of rural education promoting rural revitalization lies in the fact that rural education can improve individuals' comprehensive quality through cultivating people, and further promote comprehensive rural revitalization with comprehensively developed individuals, and ultimately achieve comprehensive improvement of individuals' life quality and life value. In the context of digital transformation , with the power of digital technology, rural education development as the core, individual quality improvement as the goal, integrated innovation as the path, multi-party co-building as support, rural education can fully bridge the gap between urban and rural education, the current backward development stage and the isolated status from rural areas, comprehensively improve the quality of rural education, so as to empower rural revitalization.
