教育实习是师范院校高年级学生进入中小学进行教学活动,将所学知识综合运用于教学实践,获得感性认识的实习活动,对于增强职前体育教师职业认同具有重要意义。本研究选取了四名完成了教育实习活动且即将进入体育教师队伍的大四年级体育教育专业学生作为研究对象,通过访谈和实物收集两种资料收集方法,探究教育实习后职前体育教师对于教师职业的认知、情感、行为倾向三个维度的变化情况,并挖掘其背后的影响因素。经过研究发现,教育实习对职前体育教师职业认同起积极影响作用,其中,实习指导教师作为职前体育教师在实习活动中的“关键他人”,对职前体育教师职业认同产生了较为深刻的影响。
外文摘要:
Practice teaching is an activity where senior normal university students enter the primary and secondary schools, carrying out teachings and working as student teachers. It is of great significance to enhance the professional identity of pre-service physical education (PE) teachers. The research objects in this study are four PE students who have completed their practice teaching activities and are ready to serve as PE teachers. Through applying the semi-structured interviews and the material collection method, this study explores the changes in cognition, emotion and behaviour tendency of pre-service PE teachers after they participating in the practice teaching. This study also investigates the influencing factors behind the changes. This study uncovers that practice teaching exerts a positive influence on the development of the professional identity of pre-service PE teachers.
