本文旨在定量研究的基础上,分析大学生专业承诺与自主学习的相关关系,探索大学生专业承诺对自主学习能力的影响,并为大学生的专业承诺水平的提高以及自主学习能力的提升提出有针对性的建议。
本文在文献分析的基础之上,综合运用《大学生专业承诺问卷》和《大学生自主学习问卷》展开调查并回收数据。通过对306个样本的初步分析,发现大学生专业承诺和自主学习在部分人口统计学变量,如专业类别上有较为显著的差异,并通过进一步的相关分析和回归分析,得出大学生专业承诺的总体及其四个子维度,包括情感承诺、理想承诺、规范承诺和继续承诺,与自主学习均成显著正相关,且专业承诺对自主学习能力有显著的预测作用的结论。

This paper tries to reformulate the scale on professional commitment in order to rebuild the autonomous learning structure,and explores its effect on autonomous learning and finally tries to provide directed guidance about how to improve the professional commitment as well as make the autonomous learning management of the students better. On the basis of literature analysis,this paper conducted the survey and collected data by the application of Professional Commitment Scale and Autonomous Learning Questionnaire. Through the preliminary analysis of 306 samples,this paper found that college students' professional commitment and autonomous learning have relatively significant difference on some demographic variables,such as major. And through further correlation and regression analysis,this paper found that college students' professional commitment and its four dimensions,including the emotional commitment,ideal commitment,normative commitment and continuance commitment,have significant positive correlation with learner autonomy,and also college students' professional commitment has significant predictive effect on the autonomous learning.
