本文利用2015-2020年我国31个省级单位进口商品的面板数据，考虑按清洁品及污染品分类的商品结构，通过固定效应模型，针对环境规制对进口商品中污染行业商品的占比受环境规制强度的影响进行了研究。研究发现，环境规制的加强导致了我国进口商品中污染行业商品的占比上升。本文结论有助于深入理解环境规制对国际贸易和污染行业商品占比的影响机制，为环境保护政策和国际贸易政策的制定提供了参考依据。本文也针对该现象提出了一些具体可行的政策建议。

This paper use panel data of imported goods of 31 provinces in China from 2015 to 2020. Considering the structure of goods classified by clean and polluting goods, we investigate the impact of environmental regulation on the share of polluting industry goods in imported goods by the intensity of environmental regulation through a fixed effects model. It is found that the strengthening of environmental regulation has led to an increase in the share of polluting industry goods in China's imports. The findings of this paper contribute to an in-depth understanding of the mechanism of environmental regulation on international trade and the share of goods from polluting industries, and provide a reference basis for the formulation of environmental protection policies and international trade policies. This paper also puts forward some specific and feasible policy suggestions for this phenomenon.
