网络逐渐成为人们生活的重要组成部分,大学生群体更是网络使用的重要用户,网络为生活带来便捷的同时,其不当使用也会造成许多负面影响,影响学业与生活,导致身心受损等,而大学生群体在升入大学后,面对剧变的生活环境,往往感受到来自各方面的压力,网络成为其缓解压力的重要途径,也更容易出现问题性网络使用问题,因此大学生群体的问题性网络使用成为值得关注的问题。本研究聚焦于探究压力性生活事件与大学生问题性网络使用的关系,并结合问题性网络使用的个体、情感、认知和执行交互模型,探索心理弹性与社会支持在其中起到的作用。本研究使用大学生网络依赖量表、大学生心理压力感量表、心理弹性量表与社会支持评定量表对402名大学生施测,结果如下:(1)大学生问题性网络使用、压力性生活事件、心理弹性、社会支持两两相关显著。(2)大学生压力性生活事件能够显著预测其问题性网络使用。(3)心理弹性在压力性生活事件与大学生问题性网络使用行为之间起中介作用。(4)社会支持中,主观支持在压力性生活事件与大学生问题性网络使用行为之间的调节作用呈现边缘显著。本研究在一定程度上拓展了问题性网络使用的个体、情感、认知和执行交互模型,丰富了对我国大学生群体问题性网络使用影响因素的研究,并验证了心理弹性和社会支持分别作为个体内部与外部因素缓冲压力内部机制,支持了压力缓冲模型的观点,同时对于干预大学生问题性网络使用行为有着一定的意义。 |

The Internet has gradually become an important part of people's lives, and college students are important users of the Internet. While the Internet brings convenience to life, its improper use can also cause many negative effects, affecting studies and lives and causing physical and mental damage. Therefore, the problematic Internet use of college students has become an issue of concern. This study focuses on the relationship between stressful life events and problematic Internet use among college students, and explores the role of psychological resilience and social support in the context of individual, affective, cognitive, and executive interaction models of problematic Internet use. The results of this study were as follows: (1) College students' problematic Internet use, stressful life events, psychological resilience, and social support were significantly correlated with each other. (2) Stressful life events of college students significantly predicted their problematic network use. (3) Psychological resilience mediated the relationship between stressful life events and problematic Internet use among college students. (4) As for social support, the moderating effect of subjective support between stressful life events and college students' problematic Internet use behaviors showed borderline significant. This study, to a certain extent, expands the individual, affective, cognitive, and executive interaction model of problematic Internet use, enriches the study of the factors influencing problematic Internet use in Chinese college students' groups, and verifies that psychological resilience and social support serve as internal mechanisms to buffer stress from internal and external factors of individuals, respectively, which supports the view of the stress buffer model and has a certain significance for intervening in college students' problematic Internet use behavior. It also has some implications for the intervention of problematic Internet use behavior of college students. |
