随着“万物互联”数字时代的兴起,中国乃至全球正在迅猛地步入高龄长寿的新纪元。老年人口的日常生活变得更为便捷,但同时也产生了一些新的问题和挑战,社会逐渐增加了对老年人的关注和支持程度,并且认识到老年人在社会中所发挥的潜力和积极作用。本研究以北京市年龄在60岁以上的老年群体为焦点,通过现场访谈和问卷调查的方法,深入探讨了老年人数字素养的现状和影响因素,并据此提出了一系列提升老年人数字素养的有效策略。研究发现,北京市老年人数字素养整体较低,与其个人、家庭和社会层面等诸多因素密切相关。例如,在个体层面上的性别、年龄、教育水平等因素,在家庭环境中后代的支持状况,还有在社会环境中提供的助老服务、社会支持和针对老年人的适应性设计情况等。老龄人群获取信息能力欠佳,同时他们在技术运用方面的技能也存在明显的不足,他们更偏向于采用传统的信息获取手段,例如电视和报纸,而对互联网则相对不太熟悉;此外,老年人在数字技术应用上也遭遇了难题,如操作不够精湛和安全意识不足等,这类问题不仅限制了老年群体在数字化生活方面的进步,还对他们的生活品质和与社会的融入程度产生了负面影响。

研究发现,年龄越大、工作经历越少、与子女同住、学习意愿越低、经济水平越低、心态越不积极的老年人数字素养程度越低。针对老年人在数字素养方面存在的不足,本研究提出了一系列提高老年人数字素养水平的建议。从个体层面看,可以按照老年人的独特性和需求,制定相应的培训计划。培训活动应当重视实践经验和反馈,以激励他们提高数字技能,确保他们对互联网安全有足够的知识,从而提高网络安全意识和实践能力;家庭层面可以实施代际互动活动,以激发老年人的学习热情,同时对年轻人进行系统的数字反馈意识的宣传和培训;在社会层面上,可以对老年服务机构的职责进行调整,增强服务提供者的专业技能,加大对社区老年援助的力度,提升培训传播的质量,并使数字设备更易操作。

With the rise of the digital era of "Internet of Everything", not only China, but also the world is also entering a new era of longevity. With the popularization and progress of digital technology, the daily life of the elderly population has become more convenient, but it has also spawned some new problems and challenges. Society has gradually increased the degree of attention and support for the elderly, and recognizes the potential and positive role of the elderly in society. In this study, the elderly groups over 60 years of age in Beijing are the focus of the study. From the perspectives of individuals, families, and society, through questionnaire surveys and on -site interviews, the status and impact of the digital literacy of the elderly in the elderly Factors, according to this, have proposed a series of effective strategies to enhance the digital literacy of the elderly. Studies have found that the overall digital literacy of the elderly is closely related to many factors such as individuals, families and social levels. For example, gender, age, education levels such as individual levels, and the support status of future generations in the family environment, as well Essence The elderly people are not in good ability to obtain information, and their skills in terms of technical use are also obvious. They are more inclined to use traditional information acquisition methods, such as television and newspapers, while they are relatively not familiar with the Internet; in addition, with the problems encountered in digital technology applications, such as the elderly population, such as the lack of operation and insufficient security awareness, etc. They also face these issues. In response to the lack of digital literacy in the elderly, this study put forward a series of suggestions for improving the level of digital literacy in the elderly. Training activities should attach importance to practical experience and feedback to motivate them to improve digital skills and ensure that they have sufficient knowledge of Internet security, thereby improving network security awareness and practical ability; generation of intergenerational interaction activities at the family level to stimulate the learning of the elderly Passionate, at the same time, publicize the publicity and training of the digital feedback of young people; at the social level, the responsibilities of the elderly service agencies can be adjusted to enhance the professional skills of service providers, increase the efforts of the elderly in the community, improve The quality of training spreads and makes digital devices easier to operate.
