随着社会复杂性日益加剧，集体行动的普遍性急剧升高。相对于制度性集体行动，非制度性集体行动在手段和方法上具有一定的破坏性和反社会特点，其参与动因和心理机制备受关注。本研究从暗黑人格特质群出发，使用问卷研究了274名个体，探讨了三种反社会人格（自恋、马基雅维利主义、精神病态）对于非制度性集体行动参与意愿、程度及角色选择的影响，并考察了公正世界信念在其中起到的调节作用。研究得到的主要结果如下：1、暗黑人格可以作为非制度性集体行动参与程度的正向预测指标。2、马基雅维利主义和精神病态可以有效解释个体在非制度性集体行动的参与程度。3、在非制度性集体行动当中，马基雅维利主义者和自恋者更倾向于扮演领导者的角色。4、公正世界信念在精神病态以及自恋与非制度性集体行动的参与程度之间起到反向的调节作用，即较强的公正世界信念可以减缓精神病态者和自恋者在非制度性集体行动当中的参与程度。5、公正世界信念在马基雅维利主义与角色扮演偏好之间起到了正向的调节作用，即较强的公正世界信念可以提高马基雅维利主义者扮演领导者的倾向性。

With the increasing social complexity, universality of collective action increased sharply. Compared to institutional collective action, non-institutional collective action shows some destructive and anti-social features in the means and methods, with its participation motivation and psychological mechanism of concern. The study is based on the traits of dark triad, using the questionnaire survey and with 274 participants. In the study, it discusses how three traits of dark triad (narcissism, Machiavellianism, psychopathy) effects the willingness, degree, and role selection of non-institutional collective action, and how belief in a just world plays the regulatory effect. The main results of the study are as follows: 1. Dark triad can be used as the positive predictive index of the degree of participation of non-institutional collective action.2. The Machiavellianism and psychopathy can effectively explain the degree of participation of non-institutional collective action of individuals.3. In the non-institutional collective action, individuals with psychopathy are more likely to be under the leadership. However, individuals with Machiavellianism and psychopathy are more likely to be a leader.4. The belief in a just world plays a reverse regulatory effect in the psychopathy, as well as narcissism, and the degree of participation of non-institutional collective action.5. The belief in a just world plays a positive regulatory effect between Machiavellianism and role play preference.
