2000年，中国政府基于之前的经验和教训明确提出了“走出去”的国家战略方针，近年又将对外投资中的审核制改成了备案制，从而大大促进了中国企业对外直接投资的步伐，中国逐渐从以前的资本流入国家变成了资本流出国家，并成为世界第三大对外投资国。在这个过程中，随着中国-东盟自由贸易协定的签订与推进，越来越多的中国企业选择到东盟进行投资。 越南和中国位置相临，文化习惯相似，地理位置优越。近些年来，越南的政府部门积极吸引外资，改变和完善一些投资保障的制度，简化政府审批程序，被国际评为投资环境最理想的国家之一，也是东盟成员中经济发展最快的国家之一。2016年,中国已经连续十三年成为越南的第一大贸易伙伴。两国政府积极推进“两廊一圈”和大湄公河次区域开发，经贸领域的合作不断加强。为此，作为一名越南留学生，笔者决定选择“中国企业对越南直接投资的研究”作为论文的主题，希望通过相关分析为越南和中国未来开展更好的投资合作，进而进一步促进两国的经贸关系提供有益的参考和借鉴。 本文利用2006-2016期间中越各部门统计数据对中国投资越南的前景、存在问题及产生的影响进行了系统的分析。首先通过阅读文献整理和分析了对外投资相关的理论；其次基于发展中国家对外投资原理，说明了中国在越南投资的原因、现状以及存在的问题，并对近几年发生的相关事件进行分析；然后以东道国视角考察中国的企业对越南外资投入的影响；最后对于越南如何更好地吸引中国投资以及中国如何更好地对越南进行投资提出了具有针对性的对策和建议。

Chinese government formally put forward the "Going out" strategy in 2000 based on previous experience. And the fact that the auditing system has been changed to the record-keeping system recently, has significantly accelerated the pace of foreign investment from Chinese companies. Therefore, China is becoming the third foreign investment countries in the worlds by transforming from a capital-inflow country to capital-outflow country. And during this period, more and more Chinese companies chose to invest in ASEAN due to the signing and promotion of China-ASEAN FTA. Vietnam is a country that is near to China geographically with similar culture and predominant location. And Vietnam government has been focusing on attracting foreign investment in recent years by changing and optimizing investment security system and simplifying approval procedure. Thus, Vietnam has been rated as one of the most ideal countries for investment in the world. In addition, Vietnam is also one of the fastest development countries in ASEAN. By 2016, China has become the biggest trade partner for Vietnam in the past 13 consecutive years. Both governments are actively promoting the development of “Two Corridors and One Circle” and Great Mekong hypo-economic zone in order to intensify economic cooperation. As a students from Vietnam, I choose the Study on Direct Investment from Chinese Companies to Vietnam as the topic of my paper, hoping to provide beneficial reference to the future investment between China and Vietnam and promoting the economic cooperation between two countries. This article systematically analyzes the prospect, problems and influences of Chinese investment to Vietnam based on the data from various department of both governments between 2006 and 2016. First, I will analyze the relevant theories on foreign investment through the literature review. Next, I will discuss the reasons, situation and existing problems of Chinese investment on Vietnam based on the theories on developing countries’ investment on foreign countries, as well as the analysis of relevant cases happened in recent years. Then, I will probe into the influence of investment from Chinese companies on the perspective of the host country. Finally, I will give my suggestions and advice regarding how would Vietnam attract Chinese investment in a better way and how would China optimize its investment in Vietnam.
