现今语文教材中许多古典诗词选文“固定化”和“模式化”的情况使语文教材已经不能完全满足学习和教学以及传承中华传统文化的需求,所以语文教材已在借鉴相关编选经验和创新的基础上逐步探寻突破发展之路。但研究者们在对建国前中学语文教材中古典诗词的编选研究这一领域留下了很大的空白,使编者们在编选语文教材的古典诗词时不能借鉴完整的历史经验。针对这一问题,本文从总结建国前中学语文教材中古典诗词的编选情况出发,运用文献研究法、统计分析法、定性分析法和比较研究法对可研究的建国前中学语文教材中的古典诗词选文篇目的数量、作者、朝代、主题、体裁、所属学段等多方面进行统计和整理,其后在对每套教材进行定性研究的基础上,将不同年代语文教材收录的古典诗词的各个维度的不同特点进行比较,从而归纳出了建国前中学语文教材选编古典诗词选文的规律和特点,以试图对今天中学语文教材、语文教学改革提供一定的数据支持。

The situation of many classical poetry selections “fixed” and “patterned” in Chinese language textbooks has made it impossible for Chinese textbooks to fully satisfy the needs of learning and teaching and to inherit Chinese traditional culture. Therefore, Chinese textbooks are already drawing on relevant editorial experience and innovation. Based on the gradual exploration of breakthrough development. However, the researchers left a lot of blanks in the study of the compilation and selection of classical poetry in the Chinese textbooks for middle schools before the founding of the People's Republic of China, so that the editors could not use the complete historical experience when compiling classical Chinese poetry. To address this issue, this article starts with summarizing the compilation and selection of classical poetry in the Chinese textbooks for middle school before the founding of the People's Republic of China, and uses literature research methods, statistical analysis methods, qualitative analysis methods, and comparative research methods to study the classical poetry in the Chinese textbooks for the pre-imperial Chinese middle school. The number, authors, dynasties, themes, genres, and academic sections of the selected articles were statistically sorted out, and afterwards, on the basis of the qualitative study of each set of textbooks, the classical poems of different ages were included. By comparing the different characteristics of the dimensions, the laws and characteristics of selecting classical Chinese poems before the establishment of the People's Republic of China are summarized. On this basis, this article also makes some reflections on the actual situation of the compilation of classical poetry in modern Chinese textbooks, in an attempt to provide some data support for the reform of Chinese middle school textbooks and language teaching today.
