On the basis of literature research, this thesis probes into the "Chang Bo-ling’s thought on college management".Four Parts are included as follows: Part One:Foreword .By enumerating theachievement that Nankai Unive -rsity had achieved in running a college in a shorttime, It foucses the research on "Chang Bo-1ing’s thought on college management",and poi -nt out it’s difinition. Part Two:"The content of the Chang Bo-ling’s thought on college management’".lt gives a direct narration of the Chang's thought from the macromanagement to micromanagement.The topics of this part are:Gu -iding ideology for running a college;Guiding principle on student ma -nagement;Viewpoint on teacher bioc management;Thought on college's or -ganizational management:Standpoint on fund allotment and management. The exposition on every aspect is concrete.It expound the internal link between the thought and the achievement that Nankai University had ach -ieved, and it elaborates the positive rote the thought played.
