坚持以人民为中心的发展思想，是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。推行政务公开，是建设服务型政府的客观要求和重要途径。通过开展满意度评测有利于直接了解社会公众对W政务公开的现实诉求、对政务公开工作实效的评价结果，从而解决公众关注的热点难点问题。

本文系统分析了国内外政务公开现状、顾客满意度指数模型、政务公开满意度评价模型，借鉴信息不对称、公民知情权、新公共管理等理论，结合W市政务公开现状，分析影响政务公开满意度的“政府形象”“公众期望”“感知质量”“感知易获取”“公众信任”等因素，构建W市政务公开满意度测评模型，并通过调查问卷、专题访谈等方式进行了验证。

研究发现，近80%的公众对W市政务公开工作较为满意或非常满意，近90%的公众认为政务公开可以使工作、生活更加舒适便捷。但是，W市仍然存在政务公开获取不易、感知质量不高、公众的政务公开意识薄弱等问题，发现老年人与未成年人、学生、无业、待业、低学历等群体对政务公开服务的满意度较低，笔者从政府角度和公众角度分别剖析问题成因，找到症结所在，进而从政务公开质量与实效提档升级、开展宣传引导、强化考核监察等方面提出合理化的对策建议。
