大学毕业生的就业问题一直备受社会关注，考察毕业生的就业价值观是解决就业问题的重要抓手。本文选用个体化理论作为研究视角，选取12位精英大学毕业生作为研究对象，通过质性访谈深入了解他们的就业价值观，最后利用个体化理论对他们的就业价值观做深入解读。研究发现精英大学毕业生的就业价值观与他们的个体化进程息息相关，在就业目的上越来越强调“为自己而活”，在职业选择上注重自由流动，与原生家庭、出身阶层和地域出现不同程度的“脱嵌”。但是中国精英大学毕业生的个体化也与西方社会的个体化不尽相同，传统的关系网络依旧发挥作用、原有的集体主义价值观也并未解体、个体的脱嵌也脱机若离，呈现出前现代性、第一现代性、第二现代性紧密交织的特点。

The employment problem of college graduates has always attracted the attention of the society, and examining the employment values of graduates is an important starting point to solve the employment problem. This paper selects the individualization theory as the research perspective, and selects 12 elite university graduates as the research object, deeply understands their employment values through qualitative interviews, and finally uses the individualization theory to interpret their employment values in depth. The study found that the employment values of elite university graduates are closely related to their individualization process. They are increasingly emphasizing "living for themselves" in terms of employment purposes, and focusing on free mobility in career choices,and dis-embedding form their family,class and region of origin in different degrees. However, the individualization of Chinese elite university graduates is also different from the individualization of Western societies. The traditional relationship network still functions, the original collectivist values have not disintegrated, and the dis-embedding of individuals is also offline. The characteristics of pre-modernity, first modernity and second modernity are closely intertwined.
