目前,我国正在由“中国制造”向“中国创造”转型,对高层次应用型人才的需求极为迫切,而我国专业学位教育在这其中发挥着重要作用。专业学位硕士研究生的有效选拔,很大程度上会影响我国高层次应用型人才的培养质量。因此,如何提高专业学位硕士研究生选拔的有效性,则是目前需要解决的一个问题。而明确优秀的专业学位硕士研究生应具备的素质,则是选拔有效的前提。本研究的目的是构建专业学位硕士研究生的胜任特征模型,并在此基础上开发一套情境判断测验。
本研究分为三个研究。研究一是通过访谈38名专业硕士提取胜任特征维度,再通过访谈10位专业硕士教育工作者、分析专业硕士培养方案与重要性问卷评价对提取的维度进行验证,由此构建的模型包含成就动机、内省、人际沟通、学习能力、责任心和知识应用能力。
研究二为测验开发阶段,首轮编制72道题目,邀请6位心理测量学专家对题目进行评定,对题目进行反复修改后形成72题版的测验;再由193名在校专业硕士完成试测,根据数据分析结果对题目进行删改,用于正式施测的测验包含51道题目。
研究三是测验修订与信效度检验,由289名在校专业硕士完成51题版的测验,同时收集学生的自评、他评、学业成绩平均分和获奖情况作为效标数据;对51道版的测验进行分析后,删除质量相对不好的6道题目,最终保留45道题目;经检验,45道题目情境判断测验具有较好的信效度。
本研究在构建专业学位硕士研究生胜任特征模型的基础上,开发一套情境判断测验,用来区分优秀的专业学位硕士研究生和一般的专业学位硕士研究生,为该群体的有效选拔提供理论和实践的参考依据。

外文摘要:

At present, China is transforming from "Made in China" to "Created in China". There is an urgent need for high-level applied talents, and professional degree education plays an important role in this process. The selective effectiveness of master of professional degree will greatly affect the training quality of high-level applied talents. Therefore, how to select excellent master of professional degree effectively is a problem that we need to solve. It is the premise of selecting excellent master of professional degree to make clear the competency of excellent master of professional degree. The purpose of this study is to develop a set of situational judgment test on the competency model constructed of master of professional degree.
Study 1 consists of three studies. In the first study, dimensions of the competency were extracted by interviewing 38 postgraduates of professional master, and then verified by interviewing 10 educators of professional master, analyzing training programs of master of professional degree and evaluating questionnaires. The model includes achievement motivation, introspection, interpersonal communication, learning ability, responsibility and knowledge application ability.
Study 2 is the test development stage. After 72 items were developed, six psychometrics experts evaluated the 72 items, and then these items were modified many times until these items can be used to test. And then 193 postgraduates of professional master were test. After analyzed data of test, researcher deleted and modified items. Finally, 51 items were retained.
In study 3, 289 postgraduates of professional master were tested, meanwhile their self-evaluation, third-party evaluation, average score of academic achievement and awards were collected as criterion data. After analyzing the 51-item version of the test, 6 items with relatively poor quality were deleted, and 45 items were retained in the final version test. The final test has relatively good reliability and validity.
This study is to develop a set of situational judgment test on the competency model constructed of master of professional degree so as to distinguish excellent postgraduates of professional master from ordinary postgraduates of professional master, so that provide theoretical and practical reference for selecting of this group effectively.
