随着中国社会经济和政治不断进步,企业不仅要对企业盈利模式负责,还要对企业环保负责,并且要履行相应的企业社会责任,企业履行社会责任目前已经成为全球企业社会责任发展的一种必然趋势。本文以韩国现代和中国东风两大汽车企业为主要研究调查对象,运用文献研究法及对比研究法,概述中韩两国大型汽车经营企业企业社会责任履行现状,根据对两国汽车经营企业实行企业社会责任制的比较研究情况,剖析其目前经济发展中汽车企业对企业社会责任制的认识、背景以及地方政府力量以及企业社会责任行为存在的问题及形成原因,在总结所学专业知识以及汽车企业目前企业社会责任相关研究成果的基础上,并从企业社会责任文化、企业社会责任管理水平及服务体系三两个方面分别提出相应的改善意见。以及为中韩两国企业能够更好的规范履行两国企业基本社会责任义务有所裨益。本文的创新之处主要在于利用笔者通过将汽车发展区域规模、经济综合实力相近的中韩国两家大型汽车制造企业案例进行综合对比分析研究,从企业社会责任履行情况进行比较,弥补了目前文献研究中的不足,但由于学术水平有限,缺乏严谨的数据分析及深入剖析,望在未来的学习和工作中能够不断完善。

With economic and social progress, companies must be responsible not only for profit, but also for the environment, and assume corresponding social responsibilities. Corporate social responsibility has now become an inevitable trend in global social development. This article takes the two major companies Hyundai Motor and Dongfeng Motor in China as research objects, and uses literature research methods and comparative analysis methods to summarize the current status of social responsibility of Chinese and Korean automotive companies. On the basis of the knowledge and background of developing corporate social responsibility and the unilateral problems and reasons of government power, based on the knowledge learned and the research results of corporate social responsibility, the conclusion is drawn from three aspects: cultural system, social responsibility management level and system. Corresponding improvement suggestions. It is hoped that Chinese and Korean companies will better fulfill their corporate social responsibility. The innovation of this article is that the author makes a comparative study of two automobile companies with similar development scale and economic strength in China and South Korea, and compares the performance of corporate social responsibility to make up for the lack of targeted discussions in the current literature. However, due to the limited academic level and lack of rigorous data analysis and in-depth analysis, I hope to continue to improve in the future study and work.
