本文在当前国家重拳反腐的背景下，旨在通过探究公民清廉感知程度与政府清廉满意度之间的关系，以及公民反腐参与在其中的作用，发现当前公民反腐参与存在的问题，寻找影响政府清廉满意度的因素，为完善我国公民参与反腐，提升政府清廉满意度提出建议。 本文主要采用文献资料法构建公民清廉感知和政府清廉满意度模型，并通过问卷调查法搜集、整理信息。另外，运用数据分析法对公民清廉感知和政府清廉满意度模型进行分析。 根据分析，本研究发现公民清廉感知与政府清廉满意度之间存在显著的正相关，公民反腐参与意愿在清廉感知和政府清廉满意度之间起显著的正向调节作用。这些发现为我国反腐工作提供了信息，有利于推动目前反腐工作进一步推进，走出当前反腐困境。

In the current national anti-corruption, this paper aims to find out the problems of the current citizen's anti-corruption participation by exploring the relationship between perception of corruption and the satisfaction of the government's anti-corruption with the role of citizen participation in anti-corruption. And it tries to find the factors of satisfaction to improve our citizen participation and enhance the government’s satisfaction. In addition, this paper mainly uses the literature method to construct the model, and collects the information through the questionnaire survey method, and uses the data analysis method to analyze the model. According to the analysis, this study found that there was a significant positive correlation between perception of corruption and the satisfaction of the government's anti-corruption with the regulation effect of the well of citizen participation in anti-corruption. In a word, these findings provide information for China's anti-corruption work, which is conducive to promoting the current anti-corruption work and jumps out of the difficulties of the anti-corruption.
