中小企业已成为各国经济发展中的重要组成部分,同时,信息技术应用也快速扩展到中小企业。但由于中小企业所处的特殊地位和具体环境,使得信息技术的应用遇到更多的困难。如何推进和保障中小企业信息技术应用成功,成为信息管理领域理论和实践研究的热点。随着计算机的普及和通信技术的发展,电子商务在世界范围内迅速发展,它改变着传统的商业模式,极大的推动了商业无国界和全球一体化。本文选择了国内中小企业的B2B现状与未来发展为研究对象,采用定性分析和实证分析等方法,旨在对我国电子商务现状进行较为深入的研究,并对我国中小企业网络营销策略上提出一些建设性的意见,进行一些有益的探索。

SME have become the important part of national economy,meanwhile,information technology is also applied in them quickly. As the special condition SME are in,the application of IT in SME is also unsuccessful. How to overcome this problem has become the hotspot of academic and practical study. As computer and information technology developed rapidly, E-business is spread swiftly in the worldwide and changing the traditional methods of business violently, and in the same time creating a commercial earth without border. This article chooses small and middle companies to research, and intends to find some better ways to suggest the firms, to help them make better use of E-business to market and make profit.
