随着全球化的发展,我国与世界的交流日益频繁。来中国留学的人数也逐年增加,在庞大的来华留学生群体中,韩国留学生数量最多,规模最大。韩国留学生来到中国,面对一个全新的环境,进行人际交往是开展一切正常生活和学习活动的基础。以往研究表明,人际交往是影响来华留学生在中国生活质量与学习效率的重要因素。因此,本研究以北京师范大学为例,通过文献分析法和问卷调查法以及访谈法探讨来华韩国留学生人际交往现状,探究来华韩国留学生人际交往中存在的问题及其影响因素。研究发现来华韩国留学生与中国学生的人际交往情况不容乐观,存在交往频率低、人际交往圈子构成单一、交往程度浅等问题。通过对问卷调查数据结果的分析,笔者发现来华韩国留学生的年龄、学历水平、汉语水平这几个内部因素和文化差异、交流平台这两个外部因素以及通过深入访谈发现中国学生的态度、韩国留学生对中国的认知偏差等因素都会影响其在中国环境下的人际交往适应。笔者在此基础上有针对性地提出相应对策和建议,使韩国留学生更好地进行跨文化适应,进而使本校对韩国留学生培养质量得到提升。
外文摘要:
With the development of globalization, communication between China and the world is becoming more and more frequent. The number of students studying in China is also increasing year by year. Among the huge group of students studying in China, the number of Korean students are the largest. Korean students come to China, facing a new environment, interpersonal communication is the basis of all normal life and learning activities. Previous studies have shown that interpersonal communication is an important factor affecting the quality of life and learning efficiency of foreign students in China. Therefore, taking Beijing Normal University as an example, this study explores the current situation of Korean students' interpersonal communication in China through literature analysis, questionnaire survey and interview, and explores the problems and influencing factors of Korean students' interpersonal communication in China. It is found that the interpersonal communication between Korean students and Chinese students in China is not optimistic. There are some problems such as low frequency of communication, single circle of interpersonal communication and shallow degree of communication. Through the analysis of the results of the survey, the author finds that the internal factors, such as age, educational level, Chinese level, cultural differences, communication platform, attitudes of Chinese students and the cognitive bias of Korean students towards China will affect their interpersonal adaptation in the Chinese environment. On this basis, the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, so that Korean students can better adapt to cross-cultural, and then improve the quality of the school's training of Korean students.
