知识经济呼唤创新,惟有持续创新和全面创新,使科学技术与经济文化等紧密结合起来,才能赢得和保持竞争优势。缺乏创造意识和能力,无论是国家、民族、企业还是个人,都将失去生存的根基。因此,教育中必须采用新的措施,培养学生的创新能力。信息技术的发展,使网络学习的技术支持已经相当成熟,网络学习已经成为常见的学习形式。而在线学习共同体,作为一种网络环境下合作学习的重要形式,已成为实现有效学习的重要平台。如果在学习过程中,学习者如果能够实现知识创新,则既能使学习者掌握所学的知识,又可以培养学习者的创新能力。将在线学习共同体的学习与知识创新联系起来,可使在线学习共同体研究进入新阶段。然而,对于在线学习共同体的知识创新,目前尚缺乏有力的创新支持手段。针对这样的问题,本文从个人知识创新的视角,结合网络学习模式和在线学习共同体学习模式的研究,针对如何在网络学习中应用知识创新的相关理论来促进再现学习共同体的知识创新这一课题,提出了一种在线学习共同体知识创新的过程模型,并将该模型应用于在线学习共同体知识创新平台开发的实践中。文章首先对相关领域的文献进行研究,归纳了在线学习共同体以及知识创新的基本定义及内涵。接着,从在线学习共同体的学习特点出发,分析了在线学习共同体知识创新的必要性。在分析了个人知识创新的模型之后,对在线学习共同体知识创新的过程进行了研究,提出基于Web的在线学习共同体知识创新平台(OLCKIS)的集成框架,分析系统的需求,设计系统的体系结构,完成了系统的开发,并阐明系统的关键技术。

Knowledge Economy calls innovation. Only continuous innovation and comprehensive innovation can make science-technology and the economy-culture combine to obtain and maintain its competitive preponderance. Lack of consciousness and ability to create, no matter nation, ethnic group, enterprise or individual will lose the foundation to survive. Education must adopt new measures to cultivate creative ability in our students.The development of information technology already enables e-Learning technical support to be quite mature. And E-learning has become a common form of learning. The online learning community, as an important form of cooperative learning under a network environment has become an outstanding platform for effective study. If in the learning process learner can achieve the knowledge innovation, the study can enable learner to not only master knowledge, but also foster innovative ability of learner. To link the study by Online Learning Community with knowledge innovation will enable the study of online learning community to entered a new stage. However at present the knowledge innovation of online learning community lacks of effective means of innovation and support. This papar puts forward a kind of process model of online learning community knowledge innovation system, aiming to how to apply correlative theory of knowlege innovation in e-learning to promote knowledge innovation of learning community and combining with research on network study pattern and online learning community study pattern from individual knowledge innovation. At the same time the process model has been applied in the development of platform for online learning community knowledge innovation. At first the paper has researched the literatures about correlative domain, then the paper conclude the basic definition and meaning of online learning community and knowledge innovation. Based on the study characteristic of online learning community, the paper analyze the necessity of online learning community knowledge innovation. After analyzing the model of individual knowledge innovation, the paper researches the process of online learning community knowledge innovation, brings forth the integrated framework of OLCKIS platform based on WEB, analyzes the system requirements, designs the system structure, achieves the system development and elucidates the critical technologies of system.
