新闻是特定社会背景下的产物，受政治、意识形态、经济和媒体环境等因素影响，因此新闻翻译的标准、原则和方法都明显区别于其他文体。新闻作为信息传播的物质前提，其翻译的过程不仅与翻译学相关，还与传播学相关。本篇论文描述了笔者的实践情况，引出新闻编译过程中遇到的难点和挑战，最后借助传播学中的框架理论和架构翻译理论解决问题的过程。通过结合传播学理论和国内新闻制作的环境特点，从传播学角度重新审视了时政新闻汉译过程，总结了时政新闻汉译的一般规律，形成了一套更具针对性、操作性的时政新闻编译方法。

本研究为翻译学科完善和发展有积极意义。新闻编译研究是翻译学和传播学的交叉点，通过引入传播学的理论和视角，突破翻译本身的研究要素，将其置入更广阔的研究框架内，让其保持一个动态、开放的状态，促进跨学科研究，有益于翻译学科不断完善和发展。此外，虽然本研究的实践基础是英汉翻译，但是对汉英翻译，助力国家进行国际传播也有关照和参考意义。英译汉可以作为汉译英的基础，其研究方法和思路也可以反过来应用到汉英翻译上，对于讲好中国故事，提高文化输出的质量和效果也有积极作用。

As the product of a specific social context, News is affected by factors such as politics, ideology, economy and media environment. Therefore, the standards, principles and methods of news translation are obviously different from other translations. As news serves as the material premise of information dissemination, the translation process of it is not only related to translation studies, but also to communication studies. This paper describes the author’s practice, elicits the difficulties and challenges encountered in the process of news translation, and solves the problem with the help of news frame theory in communication studies and transframing model. By combining the theory of communication and the environmental characteristics of domestic news production, this paper re-examines the process of Chinese translation of current affairs news from the perspective of communication, summarizes the general principles of current affairs news translation into Chinese, and brings out more targeted and operational translation methods.
This research has positive significance for the improvement and development of translation studies. News translation research borrows from translation studies and communication studies. By introducing the theories and perspectives of communication studies, this research breaks through the elements of translation itself and puts it into a broader research framework, thus keeping it in a dynamic and open state, which is beneficial to interdisciplinary research and the improvement of translation studies. In addition, although this research is based on the English-Chinese translation practice, it also sheds light on Chinese-English translation to help international communication. English-to-Chinese translation can be used as the basis for Chinese-to-English translation, and its research methods and ideas can also be reversely applied to Chinese[1]English translation, which plays a positive role in telling Chinese stories well and improving the quality and effect of China’s cultural exports.
