在科学技术突飞猛进的21世纪,简单地在科学教育中复演生活的内容已经不能满足人才培养的需要,必须围绕主要的科学概念来组织科学教育,为学生的终生发展奠定基础。教科书是课程实施的一个重要因素,教科书中科学概念的呈现方式及其相互联系将直接影响到课程的实施效果。为此,本文将以美国“2061计划”网站上“遗传的分子基础”主题的工具为基础,参照国内的初高中课标要求以及有关该主题核心概念的研究,对工具中一些概念进行删减、整合,同时加入一些国内课标要求的核心概念,进而构建出具有针对性的分析工具以对教科书“遗传的分子基础”主题的内容连贯一致性进行分析和探讨。其中,对于工具的有效性,分析人员对核心概念、先备概念、相关概念完整性的判定结果一致率分别为98.2%、96.7%及92.3%,对核心概念之间、核心概念与先备概念之间、核心概念与相关概念之间联系性的判定结果一致率分别为91.04%、95.1%及88.9%,都达到了85%以上,说明工具的完整性分析指标及联系性分析指标的有效性均较强。通过对教科书进行分析,得到教科书中“遗传的分子基础”主题的概念完整性及概念间的联系性得分率分别为91.2%及85.7%。根据研究结果,最后对国内教科书的评价及选择、生物学教科书编写中对生物学核心概念及概念间联系的编排提出一些建议。

In the 21st century of science and technology by leaps and bounds, playback the content of the life in science education simply already can't meet the needs of personnel training, we must revolve around the key scientific concept to organize the scientific education and lay a foundation for the lifelong development of students. Textbook is an important factor of curriculum implementation, the presentation of scientific concepts in the textbooks and their contact will directly affect the course’s implementation results.To this end,this paper will be based on the United States "2061 plan" website " molecular basis of heredity" theme tools, with reference to the domestic high school curriculum requirements and the core concepts of the research about the topic, to abridge concepts, integrated in the tool, at the same time to join some key ideas of the curriculum requirements, and then build a targeted analysis tools for analyzing and discussing the textbooks' Molecular Basis of Heredity' theme’s coherence consistency.Among them, for the effectiveness of the tool,the analysts’ determine consistent rate about core concepts, prerequisite concepts and related concepts’ integrity were 98.2%, 96.7% and 92.3% respectively,between the core concept, core concept and prepare concepts, core concepts and related concepts’ connection were 91.04%, 95.1% and 88.9% respectively, have reached more than 85%.that is the integrity of the description tool analysis indicators and indicators of the effectiveness of the item analysis are stronger. Through the analysis of textbooks, the concept of textbooks’"genetic molecular basis" theme in integrity and connecting between the concept of points won 91.2% and 85.7% respectively. According to the results, evaluation and selection of domestic textbooks, biology textbooks in the core concept of biology and the concept of contact between layout put forward some Suggestions finally.
