随着社会经济的发展,我国对职业教育的发展越来越重视,同时也对职业教育提出了越来越高的要求。中等职业学校担任着为国家培养大量中、初级技术人才和高素质劳动者的重任,毕业生的质量直接关乎我国未来技术人才的质量。对中职生进行职业生涯规划教育,不仅是社会经济发展的客观需要,直接关系到未来从业者的素质,也是学生个体可持续发展的客观要求。目前,我国大多数中等职业学校都开设了《职业生涯规划》课程,但是,由于我国的职业生涯规划教育尚处于起步阶段、探索时期,在教育实践中还存在着一些问题,教育效果不是很理想,比如很多中职生对职业认识模糊不清,在择业时存在着很大的盲目性、随机性和从众性;比较关注初次就业,而忽视长远的职业规划等。针对这种现实,本文作者在搜集研究了大量国内外文献资料的基础上,以北京市中医学校为范例,从学校、师资、教材、学生、家长等几方面对中等职业学校职业生涯规划教育现状及其原因进行研究分析,探求改进中职生职业生涯规划教育的措施。通过对范例学校在校生的问卷调查发现存在以下问题:学生对自我认识不清晰、专业选择缺乏主动性、职业目标不明确、职业价值观受社会上不良价值取向的影响;学校在课程安排上不合理、缺乏专业化的师资力量、教材内容过于宽泛、家庭职业指导的不到位等。针对此现状,笔者提出了具体的改进措施,主要包括:合理进行课程设置;整合有关的科室人员、实现全方位育人;针对专业编写《职业生涯规划》的辅助校本教材;引导学生正确进行自我分析和评价;强化学生的职业认知、明确职业目标;加强专业化师资的培训;重视职业实训和见习实习;加强学校与家庭的沟通与合作等几方面。通过改进职业生涯规划教育,帮助学生认清自我、了解职业、增强自信、提高综合素质,为中职学生的健康发展、顺利就业和实现职业理想打下坚实的基础。本研究主要采用问卷调查法、文献研究法、和访谈法。

As the development of the social economy, vocational education has been drawn increasingly attention as well as higher requirements by the government. Secondary vocational school shoulders the important task of cultivating large amount of primary and intermediate technical personnel and the quality of the graduates of such school is directly related to the quality of the future technical personnel of our country. Career planning education to the secondary vocational school students is not only the demand of the development of social economy which is directly related to the quality of the future practitioner but also the objective requirements of the sustainable development of the students. At present, the majority of the secondary vocational schools have opened Career Planning courses, however, our career planning education is still in its infancy and exploratory stage, and there are some problems in the education practice, so the education effect is not very satisfactory, for example, many secondary vocational school students don’t have a clear understanding for their career and resulting in their blindness, randomness and conformity in choosing their career; concerned more about the first employment while ignoring the long-term career planning.In view of the reality, on the basis of collecting and studying large amount of domestic and foreign bibliography and documents, using Beijing School of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example, the author has made detailed research and analysis on the current situation and cause of the secondary vocational school education in the aspects of school, faculty, teaching materials, students and parents, and endeavors to explore the measures to improve the secondary vocational school students education. Through the survey to the students of the example school, the author found the following problems: the students don’t have clear self-awareness, lack of initiative in choosing a profession, career goals are not well-defined, and professional value is easily affected by the bad value orientation of the society; the arrangement of the school courses is not very reasonable, the lack of professional faculty, the content of the teaching materials is too broad and the family career guidance is not quite in place etc. According to the situation above, the author proposed specific improvement measures which mainly include the following: making reasonable curriculum arrangement, integrating the department staff to achieve all-around education; compiling supplementary teaching materials for Career Planning according to different majors, and guiding the students to correctly make self analysis and evaluation, strengthening their professional cognition, making a clear career objective, intensifying the training of professional faculty, attaching importance to practical training and internship of the students, enhancing the home-school communication and cooperation and so on.The improvement of the career education can help the students recognize themselves better, know clearly about the profession career, increase the confidence and elevate their comprehensive quality which has laid a solid foundation to the healthy development, smooth employment and profession achievement. This study mainly uses the following three methods: documentary research, questionnaire survey and interviews.
