企业发展到一定规模和层次以后,要力求更大的突破和超越,对企业软实力的要求会逐步凸显出来。企业的经营理念和价值观及其在员工中的渗入和认同将会构成企业很重要的核心竞争力。而企业文化正是企业软实力的集中体现,它能激发企业员工持续的动力和提升员工从战略角度思考企业发展的能力。营建适宜的企业文化需要对企业文化进行多角度的分析,建构有效的测量工具,准确地把握企业文化建设中不同维度的特点、所取得的成效及有所欠缺之处。对企业文化和企业经营理念在执行中的体现的全面了解和把握将有助于发现企业在快速发展过程中的限制因素,进而促进建设更加和谐的充满张力的企业持续发展的道路。本文分为理论研究和应用研究两部分。第一部分目的在于构建中国企业文化测量量表。基于对国内外企业文化和企业文化测量研究的回顾与思考,本文以丹尼森OCQ量表为基础,结合中西方不同的企业文化测评维度,选取对于中国企业适用的维度,构建测量量表,采用因素分析方法,提取了12个具有良好信度和效度的维度因子。第二部分采用定性和定量两种方法分析诊断爱国者的企业文化。定性研究采用深度访谈、实地调查、文献资料分析相结合的方法,以Schein的文化定性理论为依据,动态分析了爱国者企业文化特点及建设现状;定量部分使用研究一构建的中国企业文化测量量表,对爱国者的企业文化进行测评,得出各维度的得分。进一步综合分析了定性和定量研究的结果,提出了爱国者企业文化的后续建设建议。本文的主要创新点在于结合研究对象的实际,改进了丹尼斯OCQ量表,考量企业文化建设成效;全面分析了爱国者企业文化建设现状,通过成定性和定量的研究,提出了未来企业文化建设的提升方案。

When enterprises develop to a certain size and they pursue a booming increase, the requirements of soft power will gradually prominent. Both business philosophy and values and the recognition of employees would constitute a very important core-competitiveness of the enterprise. Corporate culture is the embodiment of enterprise’s soft power. It can inspire employees’ motivation and enhance their strategic thinking of business development. Construct an appropriate corporate culture needs to organize a multi-dimension analysis, build an effective measurement scale to accurately grasp the characteristics of the enterprise culture, discuss the achievement and shortage. A comprehensive understanding of corporate culture will help to identify constraints in the development process and to build a more sustainable development.The paper consists two parts: theoretical and applied research. The theoretical research aims to construct Chinese Corporate Culture Scale. This research discusses domestic and international corporate culture measurement’s theories and then chooses aigo Digital Technology Co., Ltd. for the study object; acquire corporate culture characteristics by analyzing Denison’s OCQ Scale. The paper use several methods, such as questionnaires, profundity interviews and field survey to dynamically analyze the corporate culture build and characteristics of aigo Digital Technology Co., Ltd. and construct its corporate culture building model. Using factor analysis, The scale collects 12 factors of satisfied reliability and validity. The applied part using qualitative and quantitative methods to exam aigo’s corporate culture. Based Schein’s culture character theory, organized deep interview, field survey, data and document analysis, this part dynamically study aigo’s culture; the quantitative part calculate all factors’ scores in the scale in the first research. In this paper, the main innovation is combine the practical condition of the object, improved the Denison OCQ scale, exam the aigo’s corporate culture’s situation and put forward promote program through qualitative and quantitative research.
