鸟类的鸣声是个体间维持联系和建立关系的信号,鸟类的鸣声也被研究者用来确定分类地位、判定体型大小、性别等,鸟类鸣声研究是鸟类分类、种群时空动态监测、行为功能研究的重要内容,也是鸟类种群监测高效、地干扰、非损伤的研究方法。黄腹角雉是国家I级重点保护动物,红原鸡是国家II级重点保护动物。本研究利用对笼养的黄腹角雉与红原鸡的录音,使用鸣声测量分析的方法,对黄腹角雉与红原鸡鸣声的个体性进行了分析,判断是否能依据鸣声对黄腹角雉与红原鸡进行个体识别,主要结果如下:

1)黄腹角雉鸣声个体性分析:

利用声谱交互相关分析(spectrographic cross-correlation, SPCC)对黄腹角雉的鸣声进行分析,证明黄腹角雉的同一个体的鸣声在一定时间内的差异性显著小于不同个体鸣声之间的差异性,鸣声在本研究覆盖的20天内具有稳定的个体性。

2)红原鸡鸣声个体性分析:

利用声谱交互相关分析(spectrographic cross-correlation, SPCC)对雄性红原鸡的鸣声进行分析,发现同一个体的鸣声在一定时间内的差异性显著小于不同个体鸣声之间的差异性,雄性红原鸡的鸣声在本研究覆盖的27天内具有稳定的个体性。

本研究结果将为基于鸣声的黄腹角雉和红原鸡野外种群动态监测提供的支撑。



 

外文摘要:

         Birds' singing is the signal to maintain contact and establish relationships between individual, birds chirp have also been used by researchers to determine the species, determine size, gender, etc., birds chirp research is bird classification, space-time dynamic monitoring of population, an important part of the study of behavior function, and is also effective in bird populations monitoring and low interference, non damage research methods. The yellow-bellied tragopan is a state class I key protected animal, and the red jungle fowl is a state class II key protected animal. In this study, the sound recording of caged yellow-belted tragopan and red jungle fowl was used to analyze the individuality of the chirping of yellow-belted tragopan and red jungle fowl, and determine whether the individual identification of yellow-belted tragopan and red jungle fowl can be made based on chirping. The main results are as follows:

1) Individuality analysis of yellow-belted Tragopan song:

            Spectrographic cross-correlation (SPCC) was used to analyze the songs of the yellow-belted tragopan, and it was proved that the differences of the songs of the same individual of the yellow-belted tragopan were significantly smaller than those of different individuals in a certain period of time. Songs had stable individuality during the 20 days covered by this study.

2) Individual analysis of red jungle fowl song:

Spectrographic cross-correlation (SPCC) was used to analyze the songs of male red jungle fowl, and it was found that the differences of songs of the same individual were significantly less than those of different individuals in a certain period of time. The songs of male red jungle fowl were of stable individuality during the 27 days covered in this study.

The results of this study will provide support for field population dynamic monitoring of yellow-belted tragopan and red jungle fowl based on song.
