随着近年来我国改革的不断深入,整体经济结构借助国家科技水平的提升已进入了新一轮的转型升级期。在“移动互联”与“物联网”技术高速发展的带动下,人们的生活习惯与消费需求均发生了明显的改变,作为实现线上线下、生产端与消费端的重要链接环节,快递物流业迎来了发展的黄金时期。
作为一家已有百年快递物流历史的大型国有企业,中国邮政在这一行业发展更迭时期,企业主营核心业务的内外部环境均发生了重大改变。在内部多年固化的国企管理经营思路与相对粗犷普遍式的业务服务模式,遇到外部众多后起民营快递企业迅速发展壮大,纷纷拥抱资本市场;各大电商平台巨头跨界融合,不断探索实践转型升级之路的背景中,中国邮政应如何在激烈的竞争中继续保持行业主导地位;应如何补齐企业当前短板,发挥自身优势资源,把握时代机遇,将快递物流业务做大做强;应如何以快递业务为切入点,跟随市场变迁,聚焦主要矛盾,整合已有资源,统筹规划适合自身特色的转型升级道路,做出更益于企业各项业务可持续发展的选择,是当前急需解决且意义深远的问题。
本次论文研究,笔者借助就职于中国邮政集团所属快递物流系统企业的便利条件,及在邮政营业局、专业投递管理局和区邮政机关等多个不同岗位工作经历,和学习研究快递物流业及其相关行业领域概念理论、现有文献资料、政策文件的基础上,根据国家统计局、国家邮政管理局、中国物流与采购联合会、中国邮政科研院等所提供的专业数据支持,对于我国快递业发展现状、产生原因、影响因素、服务模式演进等方面进行了梳理分析。通过亲自参与行业调研、系统座谈和企业内部经营分析会等机会,了解中国邮政及其竞争企业的发展现状,遇到的问题及转型经验做法。同时,为避免局限于个人主观臆断,缺乏说服力,笔者向280名普通用户和220名本行业及相关行业内的工作人员发放调查问卷,进一步佐证文中行业、企业分析的客观性和准确性,查找中国邮政现有业务的问题症结所在,汇总分析并找出影响因素的权重,提高研究工作的说服力。综合问卷调查、行业调研会议情况及第三方统计数据情况,基于以建立中国邮政快递业务生态圈为视角,探求企业转型升级之路,通过对于中国邮政建立生态圈的现存问题、必要性及可行性三方面的具体分析讨论。最终为企业搭建快递共生平台、建立互生机制、开发新生市场提出建议与措施,为邮政企业在新的转型风口期,从内外部融合角度,利用企业自身竞争优势与生态优势相互促进,形成共生、互生、再生的快递业务生态圈,提出个人的看法思路与借鉴参考。

Along with the deepening of domestic reform, the overall economic structure of our country has entranced in a new transformation and upgrading period by virtue of the improvement of national science and technology level. Driven by the rapid development of ‘mobile internet’ and ‘internet of things’, both human life-style and customers’ consumptive habit are undergoing an irresistible change. Express logistics industry serving as the critical link which connects online producers with offline consumers, has come into a golden period of development.
CHINA POST as one of the biggest express logistics government enterprises which possessed more than a hundred years of history, was both internally and externally going through a big change during the period of industrial development. While rising competitors has increasingly dominate capital markets relied on progressive operational philosophy and business pattern; major e-commerce platforms implement cross-border integration of electrical business logistics, dredge channels and eliminate barriers. CHINA POST is facing a series of challenges of how to maintain its dominance in the industry; how to take advantages of its existing superiority based on current big environment; how to make better decisions in consideration of sustainable development concerning express business as the breakthrough point following the changing market, focusing on principal contradiction, integrating existing resources and making up objective transformational plan.
In this research, by virtue of multiple operating posts working experience in CHINA POST subordinate express logistics enterprise, the author preferred to study in regard to the development status of domestic express logistics, causes, influencing factors, and evolution of service patterns in accordance to theoretical concepts, existing literatures, political documents and data sourced of National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), National Postal Administration (NPA), China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing (CFLP), China Post Research Institute (CPRI), etc. Information has been collected via personally participating in industrial investigation, systematic discussion with practitioners, and enterprise internal operation conferences. Meanwhile, for purpose of avoiding subjective assume, first-hand data has been gained from 280 express users and 220 industrial practitioners by making questionnaire as further evidences.Those evidences have been neatly organised and calculated in order to prove the point of this article. After synthesizing the results of questionnaire, industrial investigations, and statistic data, a discussion in perspective of establishing express industrial ecosphere referred to exploration of enterprise transformation and upgrading methods. Three aspects were involved includes the necessity to establish an ecosystem, the feasibility of establishment, and the existing problems within CHINA POST. At the very end, suggestions were given concerning how to build symbiotic platform and alternate mechanism for express delivery, and how to develop new market in the upcoming risking period of time by fully taking advantage of competitive advantages and ecologic dominance so that establishing a scientific express industrial ecosphere.
