公共图书馆作为提供阅读、学习场所的重要公共文化设施,承担着向社会公众免费提供文献存储、获取、查阅的职责。由于图书馆服务的对象为大众读者,所以读者的好恶及满意度评价尤为关键。作为社会文化服务场所,图书馆服务质量的好坏决定着其未来的发展命运,同时也对广大读者的学习、工作和生活产生着潜移默化的影响。随着“城市书房”“24小时书店”的兴起,传统图书馆单一的运营模式已不具优势,其发展面临着较大的困境。在大数据时代背景下,读者对于阅读体验的需求层次更加丰富和多样,影响读者满意度的因素也复杂多变。公共图书馆要想在被动竞争中占有一席之地,必须秉承“以用户为中心”的理念,做好读者评价,使图书馆创新发展工作能够有的放矢。 随着经济社会的发展,财经文献资源受到广大读者关注,读者的个性化需求也在飞速发展的时代中体现得淋漓尽致。本文选取北京市城五区具有代表性的公共图书馆为研究对象,构建了具有财经特色的“馆藏资源”“读者信息利用率”“读书及借阅服务”“馆员教育培训”“设施与环境”5个维度读者满意度评价指标,以现场调查、问卷调查和访谈的形式,分析当前环境下图书馆财经类读物读者满意度情况,以及服务质量等方面存在的问题。利用SPSS软件对调查结果进行数据分析后发现,读者对于指标中的25项内容总体满意度偏低,且随着年龄、收入、学历的不同,读者满意度情况也会发生变化。尤其是随着年龄的增长,读者的个性化需求越发凸显,他们获取信息的能力、对新媒体技术的接受能力也在逐步减退,以至于更加关注图书馆的各项服务是否更具人性化和合理性。财经知识学习在年轻人中越发普及,甚至学历越高、收入越高的群体对图书馆提供知识服务的期望值越大。读者认为当前公共图书馆在财经文献的种类及可读性、资源更新的时效性、信息获取的便捷性、读者服务的专业性,以及图书馆电子资源配置、检索技术、借阅制度、馆员素养、环境设施等方面亟待完善。 为进一步提升读者满意度,倒逼公共图书馆加快发展建设步伐,笔者针对实证分析结果,从完善和优化财经资源管理、加快图书馆数字化转型、加强读者宣传引导、开发阅读培训活动、培育复合型专业人才、打造优质人文阅读空间等方面进一步提出相应的完善措施,以期为读者评价工作及图书馆行业创新发展提供有益借鉴,推动中国公共文化服务体系建设蓬勃健康发展。 |

As an important public cultural facility providing places for reading and learning, public library undertakes the responsibility of providing free literature storage,acquisition and reference to the public. As the object of library service is the public reader, so the reader's likes and dislikes and satisfaction evaluation is particularly critical. As a place of social and cultural service, the quality of library service determines its future development fate, but also has a subtle influence on the study, work and life of readers. With the rise of "city study" and "24-hour bookstore", the traditional library's single operation mode has no advantage, and its development is facinggreat difficulties. In the era of big data, readers' demands for reading experience become richer and more diverse, and factors affecting readers'satisfaction are also complex and changeable. If the public library wants to occupy a place in the passive competition, it must uphold the idea of"user-centered" and do a good job in readers' evaluation, so that the innovation and development of the library can be targeted.
With the development of economy and society, the financial and economic literature resources have attracted the attention of the vast number of readers, and the personalized needs of readers have been fully reflected in the era of rapid development. In this paper, the representative public libraries in Beijing are selected as the research objects, and the evaluation indexes of reader satisfaction from five dimensions of "collection resources","reader information utilization rate", "reading and borrowing services","librarian education and training", and "facilities and In order tofurther improve reader satisfaction, reversed transmission to speed up the pace of development and construction of public library, the author based on the empirical analysis, from improving and optimizing the financial resource management, accelerate the transformation of digital library, strengthening the propaganda guidance, developing reading training activities, cultivating professional talents, build high quality humanistic reading space, etc to further put forward the improvement of the corresponding measures, It is expected to provide useful reference for readers' evaluation and innovation and development of library industry, and promote the vigorous and healthy development of China's public cultural service system construction.
