当前,随着社会的发展及高等教育改革的不断深化,人们开始意识到大学生课外活动的重要。开展大学生课外活动是现代大学的重要任务之一。另外,当代大学生也急需课外活动的计划与指导。开展大学生课外活动有利于保障高等教育的教育质量,同时也有利于促进大学生的全面发展。因此,形成大学生课外活动的设计与管理体系迫在眉睫。 首先,本论文梳理了国内外对“课外活动”和“大学生课外活动”这两个概念的理解,最终对本论文中所研究的“大学生课外活动”进行了界定。通过较全面的总结了国内外大学生发展及课外活动开展的理论与实践经验、大学生课外活动的内容、意义、方法与评价以及对大学生课外活动的管理,等等,从而形成了对大学生课外活动的总体认识。 其次,在文献阅读和实际调研的基础上,笔者将本次的研究点聚焦到大学生课外活动期望值上,通过制定并发放“大学生课外活动期望的问卷”,笔者发现:大学生对参加“社会实践”课外活动的期望值最高;低年级的学生对课外活动的期望值显著高于高年级学生,其中以大学一年级学生的期望值最高;通过访谈,笔者发现大学生对个案院校在课外活动管理方面不是很满意,在对个案院校负责学生社团的管理人员进行访谈后发现,当前个案院校对大学生课外活动的开展和管理确实存在以下缺陷:有关学生课外活动的管理体系不合理;缺乏校际间的学生课外活动;学生社会实践活动缺乏针对性和实用性;缺少开展学生活动的专门场所,活动场所审批过程繁琐;课外活动与课程教学缺乏融合和统一;校园网络不完善,等等。 最后,论文根据现状调查和访谈中发现的问题,提出以下改进措施:建立统一高效的学生活动管理体系;有针对性地开展学生课外活动,促进学生的全面发展;积极筹划学生课外活动场所的建设,为学生课外活动的开展提供资源保障;完善大学生课外活动评价体系;完善校园网络建设。

At present,With the development of society and the constant deepening of the reform of higher education, people began to realize the importance of extra-curricular activities in higher education. Having extra-curricular activities is one of the important tasks of modern colleges .On the other hand, contemporary college students also need the instruction of extra-curricular activities. Carrying out extra-curricular activities for college students will help to guarantee the quality of the higher education, at the same time, it will also help to promote the overall development of college students. So it is imminent to form a system of design and management of the extra-curricular activities for college students. Firstly, in this paper, the author carded the different understanding about the two concepts: "extra-curricular activities" and "college students extra-curricular activities" at home and abroad. And finally defined the "College Students extra-curricular activities" which is studied in this paper. Through more comprehensive summary of the college students extra-curricular activities at home and abroad in theory and practical experience, its content ,meaning , methods and evaluation, and the management for it, and so on, thereby forming an overall awareness about college students extra-curricular activities. Secondly, on the basis of reading literature and actual researching, the author focused on the expectations of college students towards extra-curricular activities. Through making and sending out of the questionnaires about the college students extra-curricular activities , the author found that students have the highest expectations for participating in the "social practice" in extra-curricular activities. The low-grade students have higher expectations for extra-curricular activities than the high-grade ones obviously. The freshmen have the highest expectations in all. Besides, through interviews, the author found that college students are not very satisfied with the management of extra-curricular activities in case colleges. On interviewing the administrators who are in charge of the Student Associations , it can be found that the following shortcomings do exist in case colleges currently in the process of developing and managing the college students extra-curricular activities: the management system of the college students extra-curricular activities is unreasonable; lack of students extra-curricular activities among different schools ; students social practice activities lack target and practicality; lack of special facilities for student activities , the process of examinination and approval for the facilities is too complex ; lack of integration and unity between extra-curricular activities and teaching; campus network is imperfect ,and so forth. In the end , this paper discovered problems according to the investigation and interviews , and put forward the following measures to improve: to establish a unified and efficient management system for student activities, carry out targeted students extra-curricular activities, promote the all-round development of students, plan the construction of facilities for students extra-curricular activities, guanrantee the resources for students extra-curricular activities being carried out; perfect the evaluation system for college students extra-curricular activities; and to improve the construction of the campus network .
