20世纪二三十年代，弥漫世界的法西斯主义黑色逆流渗透到了当时因国内巨变而迁居他国的俄国侨民群体当中，一些信奉法西斯主义的俄侨团体和组织开始出现，其中尤以产生于中国东北俄侨中的“俄国法西斯党”最具影响力。而康·弗·罗扎耶夫斯基作为“俄国法西斯党”的领袖，不仅将“俄国法西斯党”发展为最具影响力的俄国法西斯主义组织，更在20年的法西斯主义活动中形成了自己特点鲜明的俄国法西斯主义思想。本文收集和甄别大量外文和中文资料，采用多种方法，对罗扎耶夫斯基的俄国法西斯主义思想和“俄国法西斯党”的活动进行全面考察。论文主体由两大部分构成：第一部分共分两章，主要论述罗扎耶夫斯基俄国法西斯主义思想从产生到覆灭的具体过程，第二部分共分两章，主要论述罗扎耶夫斯基俄国法西斯主义思想的实质和特点。

第一章，结合哈尔滨俄侨所处的外部环境和侨民心理，考察法西斯主义思潮在哈尔滨俄侨中滋生和蔓延的过程，以及俄侨法西斯主义团体的大致情况，论述罗扎耶夫斯基等哈尔滨俄侨法西斯分子的早期活动。

第二章，主要论述在日本占领中国东北三省后，罗扎耶夫斯基领导“俄国法西斯党”投靠日本侵略者后的主要活动，“俄国法西斯党”的组织结构、行动纲领、宗教性特点和宣传活动，以及罗扎耶夫斯基与俄国法西斯主义的结局。

第三章，论述罗扎耶夫斯基的俄国法西斯主义政治观，即罗扎耶夫斯基对20世纪上半叶世界主要政治思潮的思考，对俄国法西斯主义和俄罗斯民族的定义，以及罗扎耶夫斯基的反共思想和反犹主义思想的主要内容和实质。

第四章，论述罗扎耶夫斯基的法西斯主义国家观，即罗扎耶夫斯基对于苏联和对于意、德、日等法西斯国家的不同态度，以及罗扎耶夫斯基对俄国历史进程的判定和对未来“法西斯俄国”的国家制度与国民境遇的虚构。

在结语部分，本文认为：在俄国法西斯主义中，罗扎耶夫斯基明显模仿了意大利和德国的法西斯主义，混入了东正教思想和俄罗斯传统历史文化，他甚至还吸收了自己抨击的政治思想中的某些要素。这些都使罗扎耶夫斯基的法西斯主义思想有别于其他国家的法西斯主义，也有别于同一时期其他俄侨法西斯主义团体（组织）。但是，作为一个多种思想的混合物，罗扎耶夫斯基的俄国法西斯主义在许多方面都十分混乱。而随着法西斯主义邪恶本质的暴露和世界反法西斯战争的最终胜利，罗扎耶夫斯基和俄国法西斯主义终因其思想的反人类性质和与历史的背道而驰最终走向灭亡。

Fascism, which pervaded throughout the world in the 1920s and 1930s, infiltrated the Russian emigrants that moved to other countries due to great changes in the country at that time and some fascist groups and organizations began to appear, among which “Russian Fascist Party” that existed in Russians in Northeast China is of the greatest influence. The leader of this Fascist Party is Constantin Vladimirovich Rodzaevsky, who not only developed the Russian Fascist Party into a Russian Fascist Organization of the most influence, but also formed its own distinctive Russian fascist ideology in his 20 years of fascist activities.

In this paper, a lot of historical materials are used and various methods are adopted to make a comprehensive research on Rodzaevsky's fascist thoughts in Russian emigrants and the activities of the "Russian Fascist Party". The main body of the thesis is composed of two parts: the first part is divided into two chapters, which mainly discusses the specific process of Rodzaevsky's Russian fascist thoughts in Russian emigrants: from the generation to the end. The second part is divided into two chapters, which mainly elaborates the essence and characteristics of Rodzaevsky's Russian fascist thoughts in Russian emigrants.

Chapter 1, combining the external environment of the Russians in Harbin with their psychology, examines the process of the breeding and spreading of the fascist thoughts among the Russians in Harbin，as well as the general situation of the foreign Russian fascist groups as well as discusses the early activities of the Fascists of the Russians in Harbin, such as Rodzaevsky.

Chapter 2 mainly discusses how the "Russian Fascist Party" led by Rodzaevsky sought refuge with Japanese after the latter’s occupation of Northeast China; the organizational structure, program of action, religious characteristics and propaganda activities of the “Russian Fascist Party”; and the ending of Rodzaevsky’s Russian fascism in emigrants.

Chapter 3 discusses Rodzaevsky's political views of Russian fascism, that is, Rodzaevsky's thinking on the main political thoughts of the world in the first half of the 20th century, his definition on Russian fascism and Russian nation. This chapter also elaborates on the main content and essence of Rodzaevsky's anti-communist thoughts and anti-Semitic thoughts.

Chapter 4 discusses Rodzaevsky's views on fascist nations, that is, Rodzaevsky's different attitudes towards the Soviet Union and the other fascist countries such as Italy, Germany and Japan, as well as his judgement on Russian historical process and his fictional "fascist Russia" state system and people’s status in the future.

In the concluding paragraph, such a point of view is held that Rodzaevsky clearly imitated Italian fascism and German national socialism, mixed Orthodox ideology with traditional Russian history and culture, and even absorbed some elements of the political ideology that he once launched a stinging attacked on. All these make Rodzaevsky's fascist ideology different from those in other countries and those from other Russian fascist groups (organizations) of the same period. But as a mixture of various thoughts, Rodzaevsky's Russian fascism in emigrants was in many ways chaotic. With the exposure of the evil nature of fascism and the ultimate victory of the anti-fascist war around the world, Rodzaevsky and his Russian fascism in emigrants eventually were doomed because of the anti-human nature of their thoughts and being against the historical trend.
