职业教育培养技能型人才的目标,对职业学校教师的素质提出了更高的要求。而“双师”素质师资正好满足了这一要求。所以,当“双师型”教师的概念一提出来就引起教育界的思考,成为研究的重要课题。因此,一方面“双师型”教师的培养已成为职业学校师资培养的重点,另一方面由于现代职业教育发展的要求不断提高,“双师型”教师的培养也已经成为当前职业学校在发展过程中的一个难点问题,而这一难点问题也必将成为职业教育质量提高的瓶颈。本研究通过对阜阳市3所中等职业学校“双师型”教师队伍培养的现状进行问卷调查,旨在发现其存在的问题,找出存在问题的根源,提出了解决“双师型”教师培养的策略与建议。本文主体部分主要分为以下四个部分:一、导论。综述了国内外“双师型”教师队伍建设的研究成果,提出了本文的研究意义、研究思路与方法。二、中等职业学校“双师型”教师培养的历史发展与理论基础。界定“双师型”教师的概念以及“双师型”教师专业化理论、终身教育理论、成人学习理论的培养理论基础,并总结了国外职业学校教师队伍的培养与管理经验。三、阜阳市中等职业学校“双师型”教师培养的现状。以阜阳市3所中等职业学校作为研究案例,在问卷调查的基础上,分析了“双师型”教师培养存在的问题及其原因。四、中等职业学校“双师型”教师培养的策略和建议。本文提出完善中等职业学校“双师型”教师培养应该做到以下几点:加强政府引导,促进企业和学校深入合作;建立完善校企实训基地;建立完善“双师型”教师的管理制度;建立官、产、学、研相结合的培养运行机制。

The target of cultivating skilled personnel of Vocational education, put forward higher requirements of the quality on vocational school teachers. The dual-qualified teacher just to meet the needs. So, the concept of dual-qualified teacher draws the interests of education sector and become an important research subject. Therefore, the dual-qualified teacher has become the key of vocational school teacher cultivating, on the other hand the rapid development of modern vocational education, dual-qualified teacher cultivating has become a difficulty and an obstacle on improving the quality of vocational education. This study based on the current situation of dual-qualified teacher cultivating in three secondary vocational schools of Fuyang City. This study proposed to find the problems of dual-qualified teacher cultivating, identify the fundamental causes of problems and give some strategies and recommendations to solve these problems. The main part of this paper is divided into four parts: Ⅰ. Introduction. Reviewed research results on dual-qualified teacher cultivating at home and abroad; proposed the significance of this study , the ideas and methods. Ⅱ. Historical developments and theoretical basis on dual-qualified teacher cultivating in secondary vocational schools. Defined the concept of dual-qualified teacher and professional theory, lifelong education, adult learning theory, summarizes the experience of foreign teachers cultivating and management. Ⅲ. The status of dual-qualified teacher cultivating in three secondary vocational schools of Fuyang City. A case study, survey the problem of dual-qualified teacher cultivating and their causes exist. Ⅳ. Strategies and recommendations. This paper advised improving dual-qualified teacher cultivating level should do the following: strengthen government guidance, promote in-depth cooperation between enterprises and schools; establish training base construction; establish and improve management system of dual-qualified teacher; establish combined operating mechanism among government, industry, school and academic research apartment.
