本项研究从对北京市某中等职业学校D校连续三届(2005—2007)毕业生的实际调查和对北京市四所中等职业学校在校中职生的就业意向调查入手,笔者以一名中等职业教育者的身份,希望通过考察中职生真实的就业状态和职业期望,结合自身的工作经历对当下中职生的就业问题做出相关分析,并在此基础上提出有效的解决这一问题的对策和建议。 本文主要采用问卷调查与比较分析相结合的方法。第一,笔者对中等职业学校毕业生的社会需求进行了调查与分析,分析中发现社会对中职生的需求量是比较大的,主要集中在第三产业,并发现了社会对中职生的需求的一些特点。第二,笔者依据北京市D校连续三届毕业生就业信息统计资料进行了就业因素的分析,选取了专业、性别、政治面貌、学习成绩排名、户籍等因素进行分析,考查它们对毕业生就业方式与就业单位性质的影响性。分析中发现这些因素之间有很高的效标关联程度,并且通过对D校连续三届毕业生就业情况的横向比较发现这些因素都会成为用人单位录用学生的依据,也是衡量中职生自身能力与水平的标准。第三,为了更好的了解中职生就业意向对于学生就业情况的影响,笔者参与发放了包含学生个人信息、就业意愿、影响就业的因素、对学校职业指导课程和工作的看法以及其它方面几个部分在内的问卷,对北京市四所中等职业学校的在校学生进行了就业意向的调查,在研究中运用了百分比分析、卡方分析和斯皮尔曼相关系数分析。通过分析,笔者发现北京市中等职业学校学生就业准备意识较高,但对于就业地点的选择相对狭窄,同时就业定位把握不够准确,职业期望不切实际。在影响中等职业学校学生就业的因素方面主要对“学生性别”与“就业单位性质期望”、“薪酬期望”、“职业理想期望”、“就业地点期望”、“就业信心”、“毕业后打算(首选)”这些相关因素做交叉数据分析,发现就业意向直接影响到就业结果,薪酬期望过高、职业定位不准确、对于离京就业接受度低等因素都会影响到毕业生就业。另外, “专业”与“薪酬期望”的关系密切,而“家庭背景”对学生就业意向的影响则主要体现在“薪酬期望”的差异上。第四,笔者对中等职业学校毕业生的就业现状进行了思考并提出了相应的对策。学生方面:要转变就业观念,职业意向从实际出发;提高综合素质,增强就业能力。学校方面:要更新教学内容,提高课程设置的适应性;同时加强职业指导,引入职业规划教育。家庭方面:明确毕业生家庭对其就业的影响程度,有的放矢的开展就业指导和学生就业心理的指导。 |

Through the analysis, the author discovered that Beijing Secondary vocational school students get employed prepare to realize high, but is relatively narrow regarding the employment place's choice, simultaneously gets employed the localization to grasp insufficiently accurately, the occupation expects impractically.
